I bought a dress in April 2016 from icdresses which is a China based online retailer, after I placed the order I waited and waited for the dispatch email which has never arrived,after I contacted the icdresses customer service someone told me to wait because my dress is "nearly finished" this was after I waited almost 20 days,and on their website when I placed the order was written that I will receive the dress in 15 days.
When I received their replay telling me that I have to wait I replayed back telling them that this is not fair and that this is a delay and I want my dress to be with me as soon as possible,after an hour I received another email in which they stated that the dress was sent to UK.
I understood then that I couldn't trust them, so I asked for a tracking number for the parcel, which I received.I had to wait 15 day for the parcel to be with me,and when the dress arrived it was awful,very poorly made, cheep manufactured and handcraft,by the look of it the dress was worth £10-£15 not £113 that I had paid for the product.
I contacted the "company" to ask for the return label and for the refund, and I received an email stating that they don't accept return, therefore I will not see my money back into may account any time soon and they copy pasted me their return policy in which is stated that they are making return and refund, so I didn't understand why they have sent me that; I asked my bank to help me recover my money back and they have started the procedures.
Stop give this scumbags your money they are fooling with promises of delivering quality gowns, just to take your hard working money and send back garbage products worth no more than £10-£15.
Be aware and stop buying things from China based online retailers.

I purchase a dress from their website it look nothing like the picture. It took them 20 days to ship it to Michigan. The quality was horrible very cheap made look nothing like the dress I ordered. they're very rude they don't want to do anything about it. I didn't realize the dress was coming from China. I would never recommend this what a waste of my time my money and all the stress they put me through

A big lie that the website says " customers satisfaction is important to us"
Dress was completely different to the photo on website.
My order took 1 month to arrive.
The dress didn't have any tag or label to show this dress was new!
The sequinses wasn't secure enough.
There was a small pull on the neckline.
The dress was too long with many layers that would cost me same price as what I paid for dress to get it altered.
return of order wasn't acceptable.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE.

Ordered a size 8 dress for my daughter's prom on April 9th. Paid for expedited shipping. Received a size 6 dress. When I contact them about the issues. They quickly told me I was wrong and I could not have a refund. I sent a picture of the dress with tag still on it clearly showing size 6 and also the order showing I clearly ordered a size 8. No response from them so I'm disputing the charges. BEWARE!!!
