please dont play on this site happy to take your money but as soon as you do get a little win they exclude you from playing. trying to get hold of customer service is impossible. just ignore you.

My husband is waiting on a win of £230 to be paid into his bank. He received an email saying they were having problems with RBS and Nat west so he sent another banks details for this to be paid into and he also upload his documents. He hasnt received another reply from email and their chat service is the worst!!! We will take this further if this win is not processed!!!

I have been trying to get hold of customer services and just being ignored and now I have seen the reviews I now know why.

I did not request a bonus and currently have real money showing but can’t withdraw it !!

I used to play at this site and had a decent win then left for a bit.thought I’d deposit £100 and do a bonus hunt.managed to get 6 that then didn’t load when I went back to open them.I managed to get 4 of them to load and whatever they paid didn’t get put in the balance and the other 2 bonuses still won’t load.live chat is nonexistent.I have sent an email but doubt very much will get done so there’s my £100 gone without getting any of my saved bonuses back.it’s a disgrace really and I won’t be playing here again.pick a casino that actually does have a live chat as you’ve no chance with this lot.so a quick update.the email team have got back to me and asked me for session id’s and game id’s.these have all been sent and waiting on a reply.they earn 1 more star for now.so here we are about 8 weeks on and still nothing.I managed to get another 2 bonuses to load but still waiting on the other 2 despite giving everything they need to review these games and what I’m owed.how they expect to retain there players is beyond me.I should really thank them as I haven’t played a slot since.another star coming off for the shocking waiting times on the chat and the same old rubbish excuses being blurted out every time.as I said an amazing selection of games but who wants to play them when they malfunction and then spend 10 weeks chasing an outcome.

Their bonuses are a scam; if you win big and you have a bonus active, you will need points to ''redeem'' that bonus example if you won 1000 with a bonus, you will have to spend 2000 and you'd be lucky if you have any money left but say you know, it is impossible to withdraw it. Customer service is non existent at this point- the live chat feature is non existent; the site will tell you they will respond within hours and it has been literally 5 days and no response, email does not work either. WORST SITE EVER, I'll be reporting them to the GC they should loose their license.

Scam. Given unsolicited bonus and then unable to withdraw anything as bonus amount just sits there.

I originally wrote a scathing review of this provider. However whilst their customer service is slow and pretty pathetic they did eventually get back to me over 24 hours later. It does appear that when you take a bonus you have to wager the full bonus, so the wagering begins straight away or so it appears. Because I tried to withdraw they said I still had wagering left to complete, I'm still unclear if this is how it works because I didn't drop into bonus money. Anyway they processed my withdrawal same day yesterday and they must have processed it last night & received my £800. So not the slowest but still fairly slow. The games list is fantastic which is only really missing NoLimit slots. Now I know how they operate I can safely say they are not scammers now, they are either understaffed or poorly trained for the length of time it takes to contact someone. I'd give them 3.5 stars if I could

I deposited 10 got that up to over 100 couldn't withdraw as had active 10 bonus which to be wagered was 300 points but as you only det 0.5 points per £1 gambled that equals £600 just to clear my winnings this is a bonus I did not use. Go play other casinos as they will cancel bonus if you withdraw money and the so called live chat is non existent

I may have lost money through skill on net sites before but I actually won on this site. The money was in my bank within 2 days. Can't really fault that. 3 stars as other skill on net sites just take money and seem like the wins are 2% of your deposits

This site is an absolute scam. Upon signing up you are awarded a bonus matched to your first deposit whether you want it or not. This has a 50x wager requirement, which of course is impossible. The rip off part is that you are unable to withdraw your own funds whilst a bonus balance exists. So although I was lucky and won over £300 on roulette I was unable to access a penny of it, and of course it uses up your own funds before any bonus funds. Please avoid this site, you toobwill loose your deposits and any winnings. Their customer services team do not respond at all. Total scamming site and should be shut down.... just as an update. The emails that I sent to them have been returned through outlook as undeliverable. This certainly proves they are a bunch of thieves and this whole site is just a con. Please be warned, take care and do not sign up.

I joined their website “ICE36” which is a digital Casino only to discover a few hours later whilst I was playing the games that I kept getting a pop up window appear directing me to their online chat which is in fact a “Chat Bot”. Nobody has responded to my messages and it wont let me withdraw the funds.

I have searched for a phone number and cannot find one.

This Scam wont allow me to withdraw my funds nor allow me to play the games on their Website and as a result they have conned me.

Wouldn't honour my or any welcome bonus.... and the chat function pfffftttt took 29 hours to reply to my 1st message.... Then another 16 hours to reply to the next. All of which denying me the only reason I joined which was a welcome bonus!
