The Best!

Absolutely love my new bracelet bought at St. John’s Market in Scunthorpe! Jackie is absolutely lovely and couldn’t have done enough for me, allowed me to try different pieces until I chose the right one for me. Very excited to go back for more!

SCAM - horrible company

The chains you receive are from china with a higher mark up, advertised as “lifetime guarantee” - contacted them to advise the chain has snapped, and they said this not a manufacture fault and at first offered a replacement as good will, when I questioned the lifetime guarantee I was hurled homophobic and very extreme abuse at by the owner Eddy.

Do not buy from these cowboys, complete scam.

I have a Cuban which I purchased...

I have a Cuban which I purchased a year or two ago maybe and I've had problems with it making my skin green and now staining my t shirt weird colours. The bottom has gone all browny and poor. I don't shower in it or anything at all and I've coated the bottom with nail polish many times but can't seem to stop it turning stuff green and blue. I paid £200 for this and I only ever wear it when I dress up in jeans which isn't often. If I knew it was only going to last that long I wouldn't of purchased it.

Good chain but clasp became loose quickly

I recently bought the STEEL CUBAN V2 - SILVER (14MM) in the BOGOF promotion and I love it! I currently share the other one with a friend who also really likes the chain. However after a couple wears, the iced clasp on the chain became loose and no longer clips the chain together so always disconnecting when wearing. Just wondering if there’s anything that cane be done to fix the chain as it’s something I see myself wearing often but for the time being unfortunately can’t. Please do let me know

Cheaply plated. Avoid.

Wasn't going to leave a review but with the amount of product I bought and am completely dissapointed with I thought I should. All 3 of my chains have discoloured and left my neck green, I had sent evidence etc. I work in high end retail and give high end customer service. The customer service from these guys was questionable. Firstly when I had decided to return my items or had a problem...my email wasn't replied to. I then had to chase via Instagram (during this time I kept getting inundated with marketing emails)
It seemed all they wanted to do was just fob me off with replacements, asking me to send back to items and then I would have to re order the items myself with some code they'd give. Weird. ( I guess it saves them money because items are so highly marked up). They hadn't offered to pay for the return postage and failed to reply to my last email where I stated I would return all the necklaces for full refund, again bombarding me marketing. So in the end I couldn't be bothered to deal with these guys. I felt like it was going to end up being a huge issue trying to get a refund and returning over 400/500 pounds worth of product was going to end up costing me the earth. In conclusion. This isn't the luxury brand I thought I was buying from. It's all very cheaply silver and gold plated items that can maybe survive a few weeks of costume jewelry kind of wear. It's only since following this brand that I've seen 100s of other brand exactly like them selling the same items just with different brandings. Even the bespoke boxes feel cheap.
Mind you from the looks of their website and Instagram all trading and marketing seem to have come to a stand still.

Disappointed and NEVER using again.

As a business owner, I really dislike leaving bad reviews as I know how damaging they can be to a business, however, as a business owner I also know that clarity and strong customer service is key.

I placed an order for the BOGOF sale, it was a friends birthday. I paid just over £204 for my order, £5 of that was for 1-2 day express shipping. Its now been a week and a half, no parcel, nothing. I've been given a tracking number that shows Royal Mail is STILL waiting to receive. i've contacted Icebrooks multiple times on instagram, email and their website contact form - I've had a reply from "Jack" assuming hes the owner of the business, telling me that royal mail sometimes take a while. Im 26 years old, I know how royal mail operate, i've contacted them - they dont have it.

SEND MY PARCEL OR A SEND A REFUND ASAP!

I will NEVER be using this company again, luckily there a MANY other alternatives providing the exact same products with better service. As i said, customer service is key. Good luck with your business.

Dont waste your money

Dont waste your money, cheap, tacky and flimsy. They also discolour quickly, also the customer service is so bloody rude, they blocked me on instagram cos I made a comment on their page, the truth hurts I guess. Avoid these cheap and nasty chains

bad Delivery

Was told the item would be delivered weeks ago still not received it or In any way been given atleast a refund for my delivery fee believe this is shocking
