I ordered a hoodie 13 days ago and paid for priority processing. I have yet to receive an email confirming it's been shipped, even though their website advertises 2-4 days from purchase to shipment. The only customer service contact info I could find is an email address that doesn't work. Will update this review if I ever receive the product...

Customer service is definetly not a good feature. Unlike the other people that wrote reviews, I was not even able to find their "Far East" shirt somewhere else. They said thei had free worldwide shipping but that wasn't true for everyone. I live in Brazil, anf their FAQ said that if there was any shipping problem, I should contact them.
By now I tried to contact them in all their social media, including email, and there was not a single answer. I read some reviews saying that they were able to find wat they wanted for a lower prince in other stores, if any of you saw this shirt please tell me where. I really want it :-(

A cheap, tacky rip-off of an official NASA product which can be picked up from Amazon.co.uk for less than £16

The suggested price range on the web site implies it’s this official NASA product, but there’s more chance of me setting foot on Mars in my home made rocket that I haven’t yet built than there is of this piece of crap selling for anywhere £120. You can get a real one for that kind of money from the official NASA web site (and even the UK based site)

My 16 year old son purchased this off his own back, having worked 10 hours of his life to pay the ‘discounted’ price of this appalling product. I honestly wouldn’t even wipe my ass with it for fear of giving myself a prostrate exam when it tore.

The sizing is way off, and the ‘retailer’ is not even willing to replace the item for one of a larger size. I hope you’re proud of yourselves for conning a 16 year old kid out of his hard earned cash 😡

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a jacket for our grandson for Christmas in the middle of November. They responded that they received the order and it would be shipped soon, within 3-5 business days). Never sent an order number! On November 30 we got an email stating that the order was shipped and we would be getting it soon. Never sent a tracking number! They didn't waste any time however processing our credit card. In early December I sent them and email asking about the status of the shipment. There response was that they could not find my order! But they found our credit card quickly enough. The last email we got stated that they where unable to process our order. I hope that we will be able to get a gift for our Grandson in time for Christmas.
Be careful! Do not deal with Ice Cold Lemonade because they will leave you in the Cold!!!

I'm really glad I ended up buying before reading the reviews here. If I saw these I would have never bought. I got the nasa bomber jacket II and was worried after seeing these reviews that it would be low quality garbage, but it actually isn't! They said shipping would take 8 - 12 working days and it took 10, so that wasn't too bad. The jacket itself is actually really warm when worn over, say, a hoodie, but it's thin enough for summer weather. Also, all the badges are real! I would say the material isn't the highest quality in the world, but it's by no means bad. If you like their items, i would look into it to see if you can get them cheaper, as I did find a jacket after this for about £10 off, but honestly, they aren't a bad company and it sounds like some people just got really unlucky with stuff. Yes, their stuff is a bit pricey, but if you really like something, then there is no harm in buying.

Dropshipping store reverse image search and youll find most of their stuff on aliexpress for 10% of the price

I ordered my shirt a month ago and still haven’t received updates on their tracking website, I’m just hoping it’s actually on it’s way.

I bought a jacket and I'm always a medium in everything. When I received the jacket, it wouldn't even fit my arms. I've highly disappointed as they won't even exchange it. I feel as if I was ripped off a scam.

Atleast exchange the item since they will never be able to wear it if you don't.

The size guide is wrong and therefore bought the wrong size jacket asked for an exchanged and told they didnt give exchanges because product was on sale. Problem is 95% of their products are on sale. Jacket was very bad quality. Very disappointed hope they enjoy the £50 they scammed off of me. Would bot recommend you spend your money with them!

Read the previous comments after I purchased from them so was worried that it wouldn’t come...But I purchased and received a NASA Pilot Bomber in Blue and i really like it! Material is thick and warm, badges are patched on not printed which is my favorite part about it! I’d refer this site to everyone!

We bought a £60 jacket on June 30th. It's now October and it hasn't arrived, we chased it up and they're saying it's been marked as delivered and signed for on 3rd September. They've given me a tracking number which isn't recognised by royal mail, UPS, DPD, DHL, Yodel, Hermes, or parcel2go. I also tried on a website which supposedly tracks all UK Delivery companies and it wasn't even recognised there. All they're telling me is it's with my local USPS courier. We don't have USPS as we're in the UK, but I tried that website anyway to no avail. Hopefully if they can't give me a company name they'll be refunding it, but I still really wanted the item we actually paid for.

EDIT: The item was eventually replaced a few months later, and whilst not official, it does look the same as the images. Pretty well made.

Item took ages to be delivered, confusing package tracking website. The hoodie was extremely thin and I didn't see any of the "premium material" they were talking about. They're practically just drop shipping all the items on their site, you can find them for much cheaper in many other places.

A total scam. Took ages for things to arrive. Extremely poor quality. Sizing a total nonsense. Ordered to t-shirts both in an adult medium, one came in an xl which they said was due to Asian sizing?! the other barely fit my 10 Yr old child let alone an adult. They were made out of weird material, no care instructions, no labels of any kind could be flammable for all I know. I have repeatedly messaged about a refund but b/c I ordered them using a the discount code they gave they are now non refundable. Disgusted!!

Really bad communications. Item is bad quality, too small but because it is in the sale item is non-refundable and will not even offer a credit note. Had to leave one star because they wouldn't let me leave none. Don't bother.

It's a Chinese company and shipping take forever. The 3 items I bought all shipped seperately. One came within a month. The other 2 took 2 months. 2 items were decent quality. The 3rd was super cheap garbage. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Never gave me a refund for $200 dollars of stuff that met their refund policy
