Customer Service is poor. They answer once to tell you it’s your fault then you never hear from them again.

Two years ago ('21) I was looking for an application to record screen with sound and take screenshots.
I came across Icecream Screen Recorder, easy to use, and at the same time with great possibilities and configuration.
After a few days of trying the free version, I decided to use the PRO version for an affordable price.
So far, I'm happy with this program and don't need anything else for my semi-amateur use.
I would like to add, that at that time I used the professional and kind support of the Icecream Apps Team.
I recommend it if you want to work calmly and effectively.

Dwa lata temu ('21) szukałem aplikacji do nagrywania ekranu z dźwiękiem, oraz robienia zrzutów ekranu.
Natrafiłem na Icecream Screen Recorder, łatwy w obsłudze, a jednocześnie o dużych możliwościach i konfiguracji.
Po kilku dniach próby w wersji darmowej, postanowiłem skorzystać z wersji PRO, za przystępną cenę.
Do tej pory, jestem zadowolony z tego programu i niczego więcej nie potrzebuję do moich pół-amatorrskich zastosowań.
Chciałbym dodać, że w tym czasie korzystałem z fachowego i miłego wsparcia Icecream Apps Team.
Polecam, jeśli chcecie pracować spokojnie i skutecznie.

I changed to a new computer and needed to move my license to the new computer.
After a few mails and great support from Icecream support, the license moved successfully to my new computer.
I like the Icecream Screen Recorder very much and love it even more now after getting to know the great support.

I recently needed assistance with moving my license to a different computer (I wasn't aware that uninstalling the app did not "uninstall" the license from that instance), and the customer support help responded to my concern right away, and was very helpful in remedying.

I like the app, and am 'fine' with only having 2 instances allowed for my paid, Pro version--but yeah, 3 instances and I'd be at 5 stars. ;o)
It's a great reader, worth a try. And indeed, great support if you need it!

I have a life time license for icecream pro-PDF editor.
A few days ago I changed my computer, so I contacted support services from icecream to move my license from old computer to new one. it was a simple and quick process.

I had trouble reinstalling purchased software after a computer crash and installation of a new SSD.
I contacted the support team and was amazed at the speed of response to my problem.
The support team guided me through the process and successfully completed the Installation.
This is the best response I have ever had from any software company and I have been using computers since 1984. EXCELLENT !!

I don’t recommend buying any products from Icecream Apps. They offer Lifetime Licenses. However, they aren’t what they seem. Software updates aren’t included. I purchased their Screen Recorder App lifetime license, but it only works up to version 6.27. I contacted them about this and I was told to read section '8. General' on their End User License Agreement (EULA) page.

It says: ‘Updates may be licensed to you by Icecream Apps Ltd with additional or different terms but Icecream Apps Ltd has no obligation to provide any updates.’

In other words, software updates are only included with the lifetime license for as long as they feel like providing them. After this time, you will need to purchase another license if you want to use the up-to-date version of their software. So, if I want to use the current version of the software, I will need to purchase another license. I don’t recommend Icecream Apps for this reason.

I have been using IceCream for 6 or 7 year to split and merge PDFs. The product is fantastic, it does what it says it will do. But today, I am reviewing IceCream's customer service. During the years of using the product, I've had to contact their customer service dept twice to resolve log-in issues when I've purchased a new laptop. They have come back to me extremely quickly, politely and resolved the issue almost instantly, far surpassing my expectations. I wish all companies were this good!
