I live in DC and ordered two items from Iced London. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service (which is very important to me) I got my order relatively fast! You can tell this is a professional operation. I’ll definitely order from them again!

I bought some earrings and I never thought they are shiny like that It was really worth it. The one problem is that i think the left diamond if the earring is lose like when I tip on it, it makes a clicky sound ain't a big problem tho just bit annoying.

Honestly can not thank these guys enough the quality of their jewellery and services is absolutely unreal i recently just had my fiancés diamond gold chain refurbished and i can not believe how unreal its turned out i couldnt recommended them enough i will be buying more jewellery and using the full restoration service annually absolutely amazing thank you so much ♥️

Do not waste your money here you will never get the jewelry. They’re great at responding with stories about why your jewelry hasn’t come or it’s coming next week or whatever excuse they have. There’s plenty of other websites when you can have your jewelry within a week or two I’ve been waiting over two months to get a piece of jewelry that I’ll never get I don’t like to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this has gone way way too far. It’s very unprofessional and unsettling, especially as much money as I paid for a piece of jewelry that I probably won’t get.

I made a custom order with Iced London and when i received the item it was exactly what i wanted and the quality was really good all through the process the communication was also really good would recommend and will also be ordering again

This company is a complete scam and I imagine all the positive reviews were paid for by them. I ordered a pair of earrings back in 2022 which I have still NEVER received to this day. Their customer service initially replied to me when I enquired about where my item is and to update my shipping details, and then went completely silent after that. I followed up multiple times regarding my order to absolutely no avail. Please avoid this absolute scam of a company.

Update: Due to this review, they contacted me and apologised for what they described as an oversight on my order. 2 and a half years later, I have finally received a refund for my order.

I’ve owned my iced Cuban for 11 months now and even after daily wear it is still looking brand new… my main worry with buying a piece like this was that the stones would soon fall out. After 11 months every single diamond is still in place like new and I’m amazed. I can’t praise iced London enough 🤜🏼🤛🏼
