After ordering 9 days ago and your confirmation email said delivery 4 working days .. it has not arrived and on shop still saying in transit! Can you please advise when it may arrive ! Then once I’ve received it I can give you a review .. disappointed customer

I have yet to receive my order, its been over a week

Ordered a hair dryer, item has not arrived. No correspondence from the company post order confirmation and emails to follow up have been ignored.

Arrived late & was faulty when arrived,
No contact phone number for customer service email only
Really not good enough,
I’ll wait & see how they handle this & review again

Did not receive my parcel, I was at home all day it should have been delivered,
And then the audacity of the customer service they suggested I get in touch with the company I ordered the item from to get a refund for them,
I am going to take this matter further with the appropriate body

It's a cheap plastic hairdryer.
Really disappointed. The attachments fall off during drying. So glad I didn't spend anymore on this appliance.

I purchased an item from this company and it arrived damaged. The customer service team were extremely helpful and issued a refund immediately, no issues as all. Excellent customer service.

Fast delivery and good price. Not as powerful as lead to believe from reviews and videos

Still haven’t received my parcel was ordered weeks ago

Decided to buy hairdryer from this company as so many very similar being sold at too good to be true or extortionate prices theirs seemed 'about right ' even though I was still a bit sceptical and continued to be as I began to think it would not arrive. Thankfully it did arrive just on time as a birthday present. The hairdryer works fine and is very light, the reason I bought it. So : my only negative is the not so quick delivery was even longer than expected, but they may have been due to strike action.

11 days and my purchase has not arrived.
No tracking number given.
No one sends or replies to emails.
No updates
Royal Mail have delivered 3 days in a row since Christmas despite strike. Ordered on the 19th. 2 to 4 days tracked was promised.
Not a good experience.

What an absolute joke this company is one month with no goods delivered and numerous ignored emails. DO NOT order from these people it's a total scam!!! Save your money and shop elsewhere. After threatening them with a law suit they finally refunded my money. STAY AWAY from them

I have emailed to see where my hairdryer is and no reply. I ordered this item two weeks ago and no update on delivery. If not here by next week will want a refund please

Ordered pillowcases then confirmed order then two weeks later say I canceled order .
When I asked for proof of cancellation they then said they had no stock .
Unprofessional.
