Icehotel har för mig visat på avsaknad av respekt för kund och grundläggande värderingar. Jag blev helt blåst på ett stort presentkort utan möjlighet till dialog eller förlängning. Det har tydligen hänt flera gånger. Uppträdandet gör att jag aldrig skulle rekommendera Ishotellet till någon annan.
Otroligt dålig ledning, styrning och support.
När det konstaterats att en ur personalen ljugit så fortsatte ledningen som inget hänt. De tar inte sitt ansvar.
Ledningen saknar instruktioner för vart fordon med släp ska placeras, och andra frågor undviks.
Om ni vill se norrsken åk till Abisko eller hyr hotell på andra sidan älven istället! Billigare och bättre!
Idag för tre år sedan fick jag 2500 kronor som en present check att använda här, tyvärr rådde då pandemi även i Sverige. Den pågick i nästan 2 år, bad om förlängning av densamma, gick inte pga av "praxis max tre år för värdecheckar" slut citat.
