We have had delays due to industrial action in the UK and this has impacted every business shipping internationally. We are in contact directly with our local delivery manager and all our couriers and we have been doing our utmost best to resolve any delays in the meantime. Most of our orders are still very much on time and have had no delays however a very select few for no reason whatsoever has been delayed in the sorting depots. I still haven’t received my order which I ordered and paid almost 3 weeks. They are not even able to give an estimate when I’ll receive it. Express international delivery…why you dont use UPS, TNT etc as others do? Not happy. Sorry.

Why don’t we use UPS, TNT others is because they charge approx £100 for insured international delivery and refuse items above a certain weight. As you can imagine we would not have a viable business for international deliveries if we passed this onto our clients as otherwise without insurance it’s a risk. Also we have previously had items stolen/lost by experimenting with couriers. Do you know that Trapstar official site has taken approx 2months to dispatch orders to clients during this logistic nightmare which is currently ongoing in the U.K. We are a small business and do our utmost best to authenticate, quality check each order before dispatch once it arrives from our suppliers. You can imagine this will take a few days. In the last 3 weeks the U.K. has experienced severe courier delays because of industrial action. This has impact on other couriers likewise, we are in constant communication with our local couriers. Just some information, DPD (local warehouse) maximum daily capacity for parcels is 100,000. That’s their maximum! They are currently working with over 300,000 parcels daily. That’s 3x over maximum capacity.
If you’d appreciate that we have not been difficult or slow. We have just been a small business baring the impact of logistic delays across Europe you would understand that a 1 star review is unfair. However you are entitled to your own opinion but please consider that leaving a 1 star review because you’ve not had fast express delivery is generally unfair for our efforts.

Fantastic customer service, I had a little problem when I ordered wrong size of sliders for my daughters birthday, contacted customer service & straight away got email back from Ella who has been absolutely fantastic & made sure I got the correct size & in time for birthday. It’s been the easiest return process etc I have done,(Ella done everything for me) great to actually speak to someone who wants to help you. I bought a Trapstar jacket and a pair of Jordan 4s. I was hesitant at first to make an order, due to being scammed in the past. Contacted IceKickz via Instagram and their customer service skills were impeccable but also their knowledge on trainers and streetwear was astounding. I had a lot of questions and they were answered properly leaving me satisfied and confident in making a purchase. The store has a vast amount of items ranging from shoes, clothing and accessories. Most importantly they sell items that are in high demand and often inaccessible to buy at retail. I was only looking for a Trapstar jacket, but after browsing the store the Jordan 4s caught my eye as they perfectly matched the jacket. My size wasn't in stock, but they were able to source it for me and they guaranteed authenticity. I placed the order and I received an email confirmation with all the details, the email layout was professional and clear. I received another email containing the tracking number after one or two days. Their next day shipping service was accurate as I received it on time, the parcel had to be signed for and had GPS tracking on it which Royal Mail offered. This assured me as I have had couriers steal my parcels in the past whereby I have lost a significant amount of money, hence this delivery service comforted me. Upon receiving the parcel, I immediately loved the way they packaged the parcel as it was sealed properly and it still looked neat and tidy. The jacket and shoes were exactly how they were described and they fitted me perfectly. I would like to thank IceKickz for their incredible service. I have already recommended them to my mates but I would also like to recommend them to anyone else who is in need of authentic streetwear and sneakers. They are trustworthy, friendly and very efficient in the way they operate.

This company is definitely by far the best. Their shipping is surprisingly fast with the strikes currently and customer service is amazing!!! Giveaways and £1 drops are also real and not a scam as I was a winner from a £1 drop 🤩. Their prices are very decent compared to others and the only thing I’d complain about, IS NOT FINDING THEM SOONER!? 10/10 and I will be ordering many more times in the future. Thanks guys
