so have been shopping around for a hosting service for a while, came across iceline and was instantly hit with how quickly me and my friend were getting responses from the web helpers.

so we went along with the purchase, was having some teething problems, now normally we would wait 4-5 hours for a reply to get any help,

iceline on the other hand, instant replies and even went into my configs for me figured out the issue. sorted it for me and got it all smoothed out in a matter of minutes

My problem was updating my sl server, now i had no clue, but after 7 days i was able, now, thats a very shorten version of it, my point is that they went above and beyond when helping me and i appreciate their effort and help.

I had a problem when setting up my ESX and MySQL kept throwing an error at me but Mike went right into the server and started to fix it for me! Super fast and amazing

I want to start off by saying I have been with companies on and off for over 15 years. I have rented Dedicated Servers, VPS's, VDS's, etc. As I decided to get back into the gaming community and made the choose to create one more community and just keep it till I retire from gaming in general, I had to find a reliable provider. I started off with one, ended up getting DDoS'ed. The company couldn't protect me from how big I was getting hit. Then i switch to another provider and had network issues that could not handle my server. Then i had to switch to another provider that actually had what I was looking for but the customer service ended up being the worse I have ever encountered in my career of leading communities/renting servers. With customer service not being reliable enough and my community just continuously increasing, I had to make a move. I started searching up providers and was running out of options till I came across Iceline Hosting. At first, I was thinking the same thing. Looks good, they talk good, but it is not going to end up giving me what I need and if so the protection just won't be there. WELL, that is NOT the case with iceline hosting. They have provided me with the services and customer service I need to be able to fullfill my project without having to worry about being attacked, having no response when I need help whether it be minor or extremely critical to get a hold of someone, there was ALWAYS someone on waiting for a customer to assist. Since I have been with them, I have had no issues with networking, protection, or provider assistance. To be honest, this place makes me feel at home with the way they talk to their clients and they actually care about your particular project, whether it be a game server or something just small, they are there to assist you. I can proudly say I have been with this company for numerous months and have had no issues that was their fault. The small minor issues I did have, had nothing to do with them and was completely out of their control but they also did not stand around and wait for their customers to start asking. They immediately reached out to me to let me know and the minor issue was fixed within a reasonable time. I can finally say that I found a place that has good hardware, extraordinary customer service and some of the best DDoS protection available. If you have been eying Iceline Hosting I would give them a shot. I want to give a shoutout to Liam, he is the first representative I talked too. I came to him and gave him my story and what issues I am running into and how much money I have spent finding a reliable host and he gave he his word and has kept it, if anything, has gone above and beyond to assist with me with any matters. Honestly not enough space to express the level of patience and assistance I received as a new client. My knowledge in CFX was NONE, and they were very understanding and attentive to my needs. Im looking forward to long term service from Iceline, as I learn about CFX and our gaming community grows. They have made me very happy with support right out the gate!

Kaiden needs a raise he was super patient with me and has been a big help with my server development i really wouldnt be where i am today if it wasnt for him and liam helping me in the beginning!
