These guys continue to charge my card multiple times a month for fun. I have one server through these guys for $43 sumthing canadian and I got non stop pending charges in my Acc from these guy! currently just on the 15th of March I have 4 pending charges of $33.00 something Canadian last month they charged my card for a server I didnt even own or authorize! super sketch service. I removed all my payment info and after this month I will be switching providers completely. I have proof OF MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS BEING TAKEN IN THE SPAN OF 24HRS!!! THEY BASCIACALLY TRIED TO BLAME ME!

The server quality was good (FiveM) the support staff was fast and nice and for the price that was pretty good

Was such an easy process to get my server up and going and the staff went out the way to help where they probably didn't even have to. I never usually leave these reviews, but I genuinely think a good service like iceline deserves all the praise and recognition. The performance is brilliant, the pricing couldn't get any better either for what they offer. Easy to navigate panel. Thanks ❤

Very good service inculding hardware and support no issues

Good hosting in my opinion. One of the least hostings that provided CS2 servers right at the release of the game. The gameplay was a bit laggy at the beginning (I got the cheapest plan lol), but it seems they help to resolve issues when you get to their support.

I moved from another host which wasn't great and I much prefer it here, the layout is easy on the eye the setup and move was very easy and I'm going to stick around!

Only recently had issues not receiving email on password reset almost looks like you can only do this once?

I've not had to contact anyone or open any tickets.

Its worth saying a few Minecraft modpacks don't work/let you connect just from pressing install like other hosts, but if you're not going modded this won't be an issue for you.

The support at iceline has amazing response time. If you need anything they will help you with it 100%. Its my first time using iceline or even making a fivem server and the support helped me when i ever needed anything. I highly recommend iceline

We have been with Iceline Hosting for almost a year. Their support is hands down the quickest. Any issues we had were met with a fast and friendly response. They never stopped until the issue was resolved, which is hard to find in a host. I 100% recommend Iceline to anyone in the market for a hosting service.

I must express my deep disappointment with the services provided by this company. In my honest assessment, their offerings appear to be nothing short of a scam. I made the unfortunate decision to purchase both an SCP and a Rust server from them, and my experience has been riddled with misrepresentations and inadequate support.

My first grievance centers around the SCP server that I acquired. The server was advertised as having a user-friendly plugin installer, promising to simplify the process of adding plugins. This feature was emphasized not just once, but in two different places on their website. To my dismay, upon attempting to use this "plugin installer or as it says install plugins with ease," I quickly realized that it was nothing more than a blatant lie. The promised ease of use was nowhere to be found, and the company's response to my complaint was evasive at best. They shamelessly attempted to skirt their responsibility by denying the very existence of this advertised feature. This blatant dishonesty is both disheartening and unprofessional.

Turning to the Rust server, the disappointments continued to pile up. First and foremost, the server lacked crucial features such as backups and dedicated IPs. These omissions immediately raised red flags regarding the company's commitment to providing a satisfactory service. Moreover, instead of utilizing true cores for performance, they opted for an inferior setup of threads, resulting in subpar performance and a lackluster gaming experience. Their use of the Pterodactyl control panel, while not inherently problematic, was marred by the fact that they allocated a mere 200% (equivalent to 2 threads) for my server. This approach reeks of cutting corners and disregarding the quality of service.

When seeking assistance with these issues, I was met with yet another disappointment: their support system. Response times were egregiously slow, leaving me waiting for extended periods before receiving any form of help. Worse still, when I provided irrefutable evidence that they had lied about the promised features, my ticket was blatantly ignored. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address their shortcomings only serves to compound my frustration.

To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund due to the myriad problems I encountered, they refused my request, citing a supposed 48-hour window for refunds. However, their refusal was based on a selective interpretation of the time frame. I purchased the services on the 14th and sought a refund on the 16th, which by any reasonable interpretation, falls within the 48-hour limit. Their obstinate stance on this matter demonstrates a complete disregard for fairness and customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, my experience with this service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their misleading claims, lackluster offerings, poor support, and refusal to honor legitimate refund requests all contribute to my belief that this company is operating with questionable ethics and intentions. I strongly advise others to steer clear of their services and explore more reputable options in the market.

I'm always so impressed with the customer service Iceline Hosting provides! Today was another one of those days! I was having a brain fart, yet these guys walked me thru it all. Had a VPS with them to host my RedM server, the server was reliable and simple to use and in my opinion great value for money!

I WILL be returning to them when I have finished coding my new server.

I ordered a server yesterday and it has been smooth and not laggy like my previous hosting. The support team is quick and helpful and got to me within a couple of minutes. Overall the best and cheapest hosting for FiveM

The customer support from Iceline has been the absolute best. They've helped me through a process that I never did before and made things easier on me. They're so helpful and show that they care for their customers.

Honestly I'm not going to lie, their support is incredible. Not once have I had to sat there figuring out something difficult myself. They always respond to tickets no matter the time and are very very helpful. I'm very happy.

So far had only great experience. Prompt responses from the support staff. Excellent hosting provider for my gaming server.
