GMT Master 2 repair.
My GMT Master 2 had an issue with the bezel, and a deep scratch on one of the polished links on the Oyster bracelet. I sent the watch on a Monday, and received it back, fully repaired on the Thursday. Excellent service, at a very good price. Highly recommended.

Fixed my RM was one of the most tricky movements ever to do and he fully serviced and fixed it. Did what most wouldn’t be able to! Quick too. 2 week turn around time :) Super amazing person, very trusting, and I would 1000 percent give him work in the future. He’s incredible at what he does, Jason thank you.

Having diagnosis videos, disassembly and reassembly photos, with a final rebuild and testing video, always shows just the huge amount of work and detail that goes into working on such intricate pieces of mechanical engineering. Was guided to this business by a watch club that I belong to, sent an Omega which the sweeping second hand was stuttering. Sent the watch RM S/delivery. Had a message in a couple of days saying what the issue was and a price for repair. Authorised the repair and a couple of weeks later it returned RM S/delivery. My Omega is now running perfectly with many years of service to come. This was at a price below what I expected. Great service and customer support. Well done.

The skill this man possesses is unreal. I’ve used him numerous times. The turn around from me sending the watch to getting it back is very quick. No problems. Great communication too.

Jason at iceni watch repairs has completed over 5 watch services for me from Tag h to Rolex. Everyone was completed brilliantly- videos showing watches and parts all laid out, and qc videos once finished. All items expertly packaged on their return too.

Absolutely first class. I sent my watch to be repaired without a clue what was wrong. Jason found the fault, explained everything that needed fixing in terms I understood. The watch was then returned to me in perfect condition. Pricing, communication and service couldn’t be better. Great company.
