We found the sleeve to be user friendly. The design allows for mobility when using the sleeve for icing an injury. The material very soft, which allows for unrestricted movement.

With aging, come many physical challenges to the body. Over the past 18 months, two of the four ICE-OLATE PLUS sleeves have become part of my wardrobe: the back and knee sleeves.
After having a spinal cord stimulator implant, I iced wearing the back sleeve several times daily during the 3 month rehab. Not only did it minimize pain and help reduce inflammation and swelling, but the best part was that I was mobile, due to the double layer for the gel pack and could go about normal tasks without having to stay in a chair or on the sofa.
Currently, my old knees have weakened, but the ICE-OLATE PLUS double layer knee sleeve allows me to walk, bike, garden and maintain household jobs while either icing, heating (often both). In addition, many times I wear it as a compression sleeve for stability. ICE-OLATE PLUS is keeping my 77 year-old body moving, while providing relief.

I’ve used a lot of elbow sleeves, and the Ice-O-Late Plus is the first one that really covers every stage of healing.
On its own, it gives great compression, so supportive and snug, but still comfortable enough to wear all day. But what really stands out is the extra layer that holds an ice pack or a heat pack right in place! No juggling towels. No sitting still while it slides off. You can actually move around while you ice or heat. Inflamed? Ice it. Tight and stiff? Heat it. Same sleeve, start to finish. It’s simple, smart, and honestly just makes recovery easier.

I ordered this for my Dad who suffers from chronic knee pain. What a Godsend! He can wear it anytime and it’s so easy to use. He still golfs and works in the yard so he’s kept it on while doing that or even post golf when he’s at rest. Simple yet so effective!

It’s always a hassle to ice lower back unless you have a tight wrap. You’re stuck propping things up in a seat or couch, and immobile until you’re done. Iceolateplus fixes that.

Additionally I can use my own ice, the ice pack that comes along and I can use the sleeve for a layer or put it directly on my skin.

Major upgrade to what else is out there

I’ve tried a lot of knee sleeves over the years, compression sleeves, separate ice wraps, heat packs, and it’s always been a bit of a hassle switching between support and recovery. That’s why ICE-OLATE PLUS honestly surprised me.

I have been a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer for 47 years providing care and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, along with clinical experience caring for pre and post orthopedic procedures and injuries.

One aspect in all of those arenas caring for individuals is the application of cryotherapy for edema and pain. It was and still is frustrating with the application and securing of ICE to a body part. I have seen everything since using cloth wraps to the current state of application(s). This new product, ICE_OLATE compression sleeve, is a game changer for professionals and their athletes or patients. It is simple, clean, easy and keeps the ICE where you want it. The athlete/patient should be more compliant due to those factors, and the sleeve can go with them anywhere, like work, sidelines, gym, home or on vacation. I would highly suggest that you obtain a sample of each garment, and you will be happy with the results.

For the athlete who competes in individual events such as running/cycling/marathons/triathlons, this is compact and easy to have in your bag, go to the aid station and you have your own ice pack, no need for a plastic bag or a wrap to treat your body part while you recover. Good luck with all of your endeavors in sports.

I would give 10 stars if I could. At 50, I tore my ACL, damaged several other knee ligaments/tendons, and needed screws in my patella. After surgery, I used the standard ice machines for pain and swelling, but once real rehab began, I needed something more functional.
The typical braces and ice packs just didn’t work for where I was in recovery. A friend suggested ICE-OLATE PLUS, and I’m so glad they did. It was comfortable and molded to my knee like a glove. The form fitting, not hardened ice packs made all the difference.
Not only is the product exceptional but the service is too. When my order arrived, it had a handwritten note from the owner, Steve, apologizing for accidentally overcharging me for extra shipping. Honestly, I would never have caught that, but they did and refunded the error based solely on their own integrity. That’s a company I want to do business with.

I purchased a shoulder iceolateplus and I am so glad I did. Now I can ice my shoulder and still be mobile to do other things. What a great product

I love the design of the isolateplus sleeves. It provides the compression while allowing me to ice while still being able to do things. I find myself icing more due to the convenience.

We have the Iceolateplus for the knee. It slides on and off with ease. The ice pack also slides into the second layer easily and holds in place. As a busy person, I especially love how I can continue to move about my day as I ice my knee. ( multi-tasking is necessary) Everyone gets some sort of "ding" in their life - we are human, which is why I highly recommend everyone should own an Iceolateplus.

I used the ankle sleeve and it was, by far, the best way to hold an ice pack in place. I have chronic ankle pain from a sports injury which I incurred 50+ years ago. I was so happy with the ankle sleeve, I purchased the knee sleeve for my old knees! I highly recommend this product…for all ages!

Awesome product! Wish I had this years ago. It allows me to go on for longer walks and the cold gel pack is longer and can wrap around my knee to have the cold get two more spots that ack. double layer is snug fitting and works great to go to more of the spots that ache all at once … more than well worth the price.

I used this product and it is the best. I used the knee sleeve and loved it. I was able to ice my knee - which helped with inflammation and pain. The best part is that I could ice while doing chores - like washing dishes, cooking, etc. - because the compression was such that it held the ice in place so well. And as a bonus, the compression also helped with inflammation and pain. I loved it so much I purchased a shoulder sleeve for my Dad - and he loved his sleeve too.
