Just shy of 6 months ago, I ordered the wrong water filters on Amazon for my new Kitchenaid refrigerator. While I knew that I’d missed the 30 return policy for Amazon, for these specific filters Icepure had a 6-month return policy. Icepure’s customer service representative Aurora was very quick and professional in her reply to my email. As they did not carry the filters for my specific refrigerator, she emailed a return label and refunded me for the cost of the filters and shipping. Thank you Aurora for being so helpful!

The ordering process was clear and simple. That's all that I could expect.

First let me say that it was all my fault. I though I was being proactive when I ordered two water filters for my fridge in February thinking that when I returned to my beach house in May I would be all set to start summer soon with my fridge making fresh ice. Amazon listed the Icepure filters at a great price so I ordered them and they came quickly. Unfortunately, when it came time to install them, I realized I ordered the wrong item. Amazon was no help because I was past the refund window and was told to contact the manufacturer. I’m so glad I did because they were more than helpful and even agreed to REFUND my purchase even though it was my fault I ordered the wrong item. Great customer service!!! Would definitely use them again!

The number of different filters and products is ridiculous so its never a surprise when I order the wrong one. The customer service at Icepure helped me navigate the sea of filters eventually getting me into the right one. A mistake or faulty item isnt so unusual, what really matters is how fast you fix a problem, Icepure took the lead to solve my problem and also gave me a small discount. I will deal with this company again, trust is everything.

We have used Icepurefilters for a few years. They have always worked great. Unfortunately one of them did not. I reached out to their customer service team. We tried a few troubleshooting methods which didn’t work. They issued me a full refund for the product. I ordered more and once again they work great. Aurora was very helpful in this process.

We enjoyed getting our cold water with ice from our ICEPURE until it broke almost a year later. The customer service tried working with us to fix the problem, but could not. They are issuing us a 40% refund to buy another machine.

I had a problem with the Cooler I purchased. I contacted customer service and Rose was able to determine that the machine had a problem and is issuing me a replacement.

The customer service is great, I had an issue with 1 of the filters and they replied timely and initiated troubleshooting and a refund .

I purchased a $600 countertop ice maker and water dispenser from ICEPURE Store on Amazon. It has never worked properly. The cold water doesn’t chill. The ice maker might make one batch—if you're lucky—then completely stops. The machine makes no noise, no alerts, no signs of life. It's just a shiny, overpriced brick.

We tried everything: the manual, the app, every troubleshooting step known to man. Still dead. Here’s the kicker: ICEPURE’s "Contact Us" page is fake—a broken link to nowhere. There is zero way to reach this seller, and Amazon won’t help either.

No refund. No replacement. No accountability. ICEPURE Store took $600 and vanished like a magician with a day job in customer neglect.

I’m leaving this review so no one else gets scammed. A product at this price point should actually work. A seller operating under a brand like ICEPURE should be held accountable for fraud-level customer treatment.

Avoid ICEPURE Store at all costs. They sell defective products and ghost you the moment things go wrong.

Great product that keeps my fridge water clean and fresh with no unpleasant taste or odor. My ice cubes are crystal clear with no particles. I like to refill my steel water bottle and reduce having to buy water in plastic bottles. Saves me money and good for our earth

Had a minor issue with a part that had broken during shipment (I assume). Iris got back to me within a day or two of writing, and shipped out the new part quickly after. I'm so far impressed with the service and the machine. Got this as a gift and the recipient has been enjoying it tremendously. Well done IcePure!

There were 4 separate water and filter systems in our house when we moved in. We removed the system under the kitchen sink because it yielded no improvement. We removed an osmosis system just for the kitchen, again because it made no difference. For over 4 years we had water that tasted bad and often smelled bad. We decided to change to a different type filter for the whole system. We purchased the CTO10BB-KDF Whole House Water Filter, and for the first time the water is good. Thank you, would highly recommend!
