Just received and packing was impressive. I have the 3 fry pans and I tried ine and was impressed. Nice to have a product that even looks good.
From the shipping communication and accuracy to the actual pans themselves everything is and was amazing. My family loves the new pans they heat up so nicely and the non stick ceramic is perfect especially for cleaning after use.
These are nice pans. They're super slick inside so nothing much sticks. They can be stacked in a small area using the pads that come with them as separators and to pull out the one you want.

The pans arrived very quickly after I ordered them.
I haven’t used all the pans yet but I’m impressed with the ones I have used. They cook faster than my old pans and clean wonderfully.
Very impressed with the shipping speed and delivery. My son is an avid cook and I bought these pots for his b day. They are wonderful, easy to cook in, and what a concept to not have handles on every pot. The separate handle that fits on each one of them is an amazing invention. It saves so much space. Very well made and non stick as well. Will recommend to my friends.
I ordered two sets of pans and only received one set and having trouble getting the other set that i am missing

Removable handle is very inconvenient. Directions say not to leave on when cooking. How does one cook without holding the pan in place?

For safety reasons, we recommend removing the handle during extended cooking. The handle is designed primarily for stabilizing the pan when positioning it, stirring or flipping food, and for safe, space-saving storage — not for continuous use while cooking. For best results, we suggest this simple workflow:
Attach the handle to position the pan on the stove, then detach it once cooking begins. You can briefly reattach it when you need to stir, flip food, or move the pan off the heat.
Most customers find that after a few uses, this process becomes quick and natural. The benefit is safer handling and much easier storage.

It truly is a non stick. I can't believe that eggs don't stick! However, it's already wearing around the edges and I have been hand washing, so that's disappointing.
