The site has a lot to offer. More than other places in would say. The shipping time is pretty fast.

I've purchased plushies from here three separate times and each time it was shipped and delivered promptly and I didn't even pick the fastest shipping option. The product selection is wide and the prices are pretty fair. I had an issue once and it was very easy to communicate and resolve it over email with the team.

Quality products at reasonable prices, awesome shop to find authentic products. Will shop here again

I ordered a pokemon toy I could only get from Japan. Service was excellent and price very reasonable

the site had alot of plushies available which is was looking for and the prices were more affordable than other places.
the dispatch time was good, and the items arrived in time with the estimation. it did take several days to arrive but that is understandable due to the distance and the site did say it would take about that much time so cant complain.
the only slightly negative thing i would say is check the sizes of the items you are purchasing, i have bought plushes from other sites so i assumed they would be of a similar size, the ones i bought from here were slightly smaller than i expected but they were a higher quality. worked out fine though because they are easier to display since they take up alittle less room.
i would recommend this website, it can be trusted.

I had to order a rare Japan-exclusive plush that only came out recently, but had to be delivered extremely quickly to make it in time for the recipient. I'm used to even domestic orders taking weeks, so it made my heart soar to see the plush arrive safe and sound, and in record time!

No problems with Ichiba! I hadn't heard of them before so I came here to look, placed my order in the end and had no issues :)

Got my partner a hydrapple plush for her birthday literally arrived on the day earlier than expected,and looks great.

Unfortunately I lost my little snorlax that I purchased in Japan, was happy I could re-order here. Although I had to pay much more (as expected) I'm really happy I was able to replace it.
