I am first time be dad in UK so don't know which travel system and which car seat have to use for my baby.thats by i ordered wrong travel system but thanks to ickle bubba team . They help me to change right product. Second thing stump luxe products are good in quality wise and in reasonable price. Delivery on time.Honestly want say everything is good but need to improve only communication system.

Fantastic pram, very poor delivery service

Fantastic ordering service and wonderful pram, we love it. Easy to fold and very light.
Massively let down on the delivery - was told it was out for delivery and given a time slot, it never showed, and got an image of it back at the warehouse at 7pm despite not being given any notice that it was no longer being delivered. Then the next day given a delivery slot between 8am-10pm so had to wait in all day again! Eventually arrived at 4pm. Terrible experience from FedEx with no communication update!

This is my second purchase from Ickle…

This is my second purchase from Ickle bubba, the second time round once I unpacked the package the travel system wasn’t quite what we werre looking for in terms of the function of the pram.
However, from the point of contacting customer service Lahara and her team sorted arranging for a different model to be delivered and a return of the old model, the process has been seamless and uneventful. The whole team have been extremely helpful and Courteous. I couldn’t be more thankful and recommend highly enough. The quality of the products have been of a really high standard, thank you.

I experienced really great customer service!

I experienced really great communication with this company, resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. I am really happy with the outcome, and love the products from here. Really affordable and good quality, budget friendly. As a first time mum, it was great to be able to purchase everything I need in one bundle. I would definitely be purchasing more items from here in the future :)

After my first review

After my first review. They sent out what looked like to be my pram!!! However only came half my package…. I’m really angry with this company at how unprofessional it has been. I ordered the 12 piece stomp luxe, I should not be receiving half my items. AGAIN JUST FEELS LIKE THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. Now only have half my package amazing!!

Very poor communication

Very poor communication as it's difficult to speak to an actual person. When you do, it's via email and takes over 24 hours for responses. When I received my order an item was missing and the car seat I ordered was not the same as the picture. I am currently in the process of organising a return which has already taken almost 5 working days as communication is so poor.

Damaged packaging

The box the item was in was torn and damaged possibly due to the item being opened previously. As this was a gift it is disappointing. I have contacted the company regarding this issue and I am awaiting a reply.

First contacted this company via…

First contacted this company via WhatsApp on April 1st, regarding a faulty stroller. Still no resolution. WhatsApp os manned by a computer and keeps ending the chat.
Emailed to follow up. Still waiting. Stroller is useless to me, as its so hard to push. Resistance in the wheels, meaning you have to put a huge amount of effort into just pushing the stroller. I bought it for walking/running, but wouldnt be suitable for this the way it is now.

Updated to add - Lahara from Ickle bubba reached out and the issue has been resolved with a replacement being sent out.
