They also got my car seats shipped out to me quickly (I was late in ordering my twins second stage car seat and they were outgrowing the current) despite them being on pre-order and not due for another 4 weeks.

The overall experience was very good
The overall experience was very good. I just bought MB33 travel system for my twins. The user experience I will be able to share here later after some days of usage. There was some confusion I had about the initial setup of the car seat and when I contacted the customer service they were very quick to respond and fixed it for me. There was a missing piece in the package and they sent it to me quickly.
I am happy about their after sales service.

Incredible customer service.
I recently purchased a changing bag and while packing I found that it was slightly damaged and I was gutted.
I reached out on Facebook thinking I might be waiting days for a response with it being a Sunday afternoon.
Nope. I spoke with Edralin who was amazing. The responses were super quick, they were really understanding and their customer service is top tier.
Edralin very kindly arranged a replacement for me, and did this really quickly too and I’ve already had confirmation that it’s shipped.

Very disappointing
I ordered two child car seats through Amazon from My Babiie
My Babiie offer a return option which I needed to use I organised a return collection only to be told they couldn’t collect from my home and I had to provide an alternative address I then waited in for 3 full days and no courier turned up to collect the seats.after multiple follow up messages with My Babiie I was told they can’t take a return from N Ireland despite having delivered here and the same courier having a depot 10 minutes from my address
I eventually contacted Amazon directly I had to arrange and pay for the return postage myself Amazon issued a full refund for both the seats and the return cost
Unfortunately My Babiie had no interest in assisting with the return or resolving my issue.

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange return collections from Northern Ireland. This is due to courier limitations and is outside of our control. While we are able to deliver orders to Northern Ireland, we do not have a returns service available from that location.
In these cases, returns would need to be arranged independently using a courier of your choice. We appreciate that this is not ideal, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I purchased the new My Babiie swivel car seat in new pink leopard, I purchased befir it was released and I actually recieved it 4 days before public release. Its totally amazing, I purchased for my 6 month old granddaughter Charlotte, she looks amazing, its comfortable and well padded, it can lie back if she goes to sleep, its high enough for her to look out of the window. Im that impressed with My Babiie Ive brought the matching pushchair. Even Charlotte's mommy saw how perfect a car chair it was and purchased the same one in a different colour, and also purchased the matching pushchair. Price for this item is so good value for money. I have had both knees replaced and have osteoarthritis of my spine and the ease of the spinning mechanisim is fantastic, it is easily done with one hand. If your looking for a car seat or new buggy, check-out My Babiie range, I honestly cant recommend enough. Highly recommended baby products. I promise, you wont be disappointed, and looks far more expensive than actually is. Thank you My Babiie.....
