Ivana is an excellent coach.

I was a mess when I met Ivana and need help to sort myself out and get back to my best.

She listened, empathised and provided me with a series of tools I continue to use in my businesses and for my own wellness and performance.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ivana to anyone who needs a professional coach - whether it is anxiety, fear of failure, self confidence or the good old terror of speaking up or in public - Ivana will give you the tools and confidence to improve. The rest is up to you.

Thank you so much, Paul. It's so lovely to receive a genuine client review. It was a pleasure working with you.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. She is not a coach, just money-focused businesswoman, her methods/phrases are not revolutionary. Her lack of empathy and total focus on herself and her own needs however is quite astounding! Her course 'How to be Assertive' should be called 'How to be a Narcissist'. Very disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying that Anna Grace had never been a client of mine and her review is incorrect, damaging and hurtful.

Anna Grace's review refers to heavily discounted sessions she bought from Groupon- a service I stopped using months ago. It was a mistake on their part, and I have genuinely apologized for their mistake. I have all the evidence to prove Anna got full refund on those sessions immediately.

For Anna to viciously attack my professional coaching services, when she never had any, is unbelievable.

What's even more concerning is that she FELT it is OK to leave a review like this, basically to take down an innocent person (or business) at all costs, when she never had any services. She works in education and having an angry person to teach is quite concerning. She displayed similar aggression and anger towards her employers.

I have submitted all the evidence I have to TrustPilot for them to take the review down. It's not only untrue, but it also gives out a message that it is OK to attack therapists and coaches when they're unable to take clients on.

Sadly, Trustpilot doesn't see her review as damaging. Apparently, a person does not need to have services with you to leave a bad review (what a twisted logic).

This is what they wrote:

*I am also sorry to hear about what happened and I appreciate all the feedback provided in regards to the specific circumstances.

In particular, I further understand from your message that, although you do recognise this user, you believe their review is not based on a genuine experience because she never had any sessions with you.

I would like to clarify, in this regards, that, as outline in our guidelines an experience for which a review can be written is not solely defined by an order or transaction, or, in your case a session. In fact, we welcome reviews on Trustpilot about a broad range of interactions with the reviewed businesses, hence a user can leave a review about using any company’s products or service. You can refer to this article for additional insights on this.

Whether a user feels satisfied or dissatisfied then, is exclusively the user's subjective opinion, and whether or not the user's dissatisfaction is appropriate is not a matter for Trustpilot to decide. Such issues are left to be resolved between the involved parties, i.e. the Company and the User. Trustpilot always takes a neutral stance in any disputes relating to the course of events and any disputes between companies and reviewers.*
