What a lovely man the owner is. After a very stressful week with lots of phone issues & a lot of stress (mine) he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my phone (corrupted mother board) & that it would be cheaper to buy a new second hand phone (with genuine Apple parts & no hardware issues) than for him to replace the mother board for me.
