Had my beanbag for just over 2 months and it’s already lost its shape and gone flat, backrest has completely gone, disappointed as when it was brand new it was the comfiest beanbag I’d ever had

Great product that arrived promptly
I ordered the bean bag and it arrived promptly. What was good was no plastic as it was not required. My children love the bean bag and snuggle watching tv in the evening

Ochre corduroy bean bag
I had bought one of these bean bags, but it was the kids armchair type, and wanted another exactly the same in ochre corduroy. Unfortunately had to make do with just a normal bean bag as they don’t do the armchair one now! Which isn’t ideal having odd ones.

Lovely quality bean bag chairs
Lovely quality bean bag chairs but I did drop a star as it was a bit of a messy nightmare to get the beans into the bags - it is definitely a two person job!

Very comfortable and gorgeous colour. Very happy with this purchase. Only a bit of a challenge to fill it, maybe the solution is to provide a funnel piece so transfer from bag to chair/cushion. Very happy overall and love it. You can move it from room to room. Delivery was fast too. Quality is good. Very impressed.

On the second day the bag split, it was hardly even sat on on the day we received it. Some of the beans have come out. I need to return this item . How do I go about it?
