Order a 500 piece Liverpool puzzle for my son at Xmas
It arrived on time ,the package it came in was excellent and secure ,the puzzle pieces were great didn’t take my son long to do the puzzle .
If your a football or any type of sports fan these puzzles are fantastic to do and keep

Bought a Minnesota timberwolves puzzle for my son. The puzzle is really high end quality, we plan on using some mod podge and framing it for his room. Unfortunately our puzzle came with a missing piece, but they were able to assist me even though the return window had closed. Great customer service. Will recommend to any sports fan.

Bought as a Christmas present for my 10 year old son and he loved his puzzle. Kept him busy for 2 hours and he’s happy with the end result.

We had the best time making our chivas logo puzzle. The pieces are fun and the picture helps with looking for puzzle pieces. The image was clear, bright and we were able to hang it. Best date night idea!

The puzzle was awesome! Different than any other puzzle we have ever done and was challenging. The pieces that were soccer players were really cool. We got the medium size for my 11 year old son who loves soccer. It was a gift for Christmas. Shipping took about a month to get to us. When we put the puzzle together it was missing a piece but customer service was great and offered to send us a new puzzle free of charge. Great company and would highly recommend.

We purchased the Mets puzzle intending to give it as a gift and while we enjoyed the experience of a round wooden puzzle we’re devastated when a piece was missing. I purchased the Philadelphia Phillies puzzle for my son. This is the second puzzle I have purchased from Iconic. The quality of the pieces is amazing. Very sturdy, very well put together. My son finished the puzzle and realized that the dog must have eaten 4 pieces. I contacted Iconic and they are sending me a replacement at no cost! What a great customer service experience!

Very happy with both the quality of the product and the costumer service. Challenging and fun puzzles, and looks great on the wall when finished. Certainly looking to buy more of these in the future.

My siblings and I ordered a large Cleveland Cavs puzzle for our Dad’s birthday and it quickly turned into our favorite activity to do together. We’d throw on a show, some music, or a Cavs basketball game and slowly chip away at it day by day. Our favorite part were the unique wooden pieces shaped like various players, and the glue sheet it came with to hold it all together for easy display. We’re already looking to purchase other puzzles from them!

I was supposed to get my puzzle in 2-7 days; however, half of the order arrived after 3 weeks, and the other half of the order was lost. The reorder for that has yet to arrive. I asked if I was able to get any money applied to my account for the long wait and lost puzzles, but all they offered was a 30% discount on a puzzle. Meanwhile they already have 50% off discounts on their website, so this 30% off is basically nothing.

I purchased the Newcastle Utd Crest for my son in law who was absolutely delighted with the quality of the puzzle. A piece was missing, I informed Iconic Puzzles, they apologised profusely and dealt with this within a couple of days. Their service is exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will purchase further puzzles from them in the future

EDIT: I want to update on my experience. They did end up emailing me asking for a different address to reship. I personally did not trust them and did not want to provide a different address, nor do I feel I had to. They offered to give me a refund and I did receive it. In the end, they did the right thing, but after much back and forth and after escalating the issue. I don’t want to remove my original review because that is the experience I had, but I do want to state that the issue was resolved and I’m happy about that.

I made a purchase for two puzzles. I never received them. I made various attempts to communicate while they had me going in circles. First red flag was that they told me to communicate with the delivery courier. I should have known they were shady. The tracking kept saying unable to deliver wrong address. When I contacted them again, they said they don’t give refunds and asked to deliver it to a friend. I told them I would report them as fraud and dispute my order. They stated that they could ship it USPS. Red flag number 2- they still “shipped” it using the same courier. And guess what?! They “couldn’t” deliver it. What a waste of time, what a joke. Do not purchase from them.
