My latest purchase from Iconic Interiors has just landed. A superb replica Eames ea217 office chair in black leather. The quality is fantastic and all came in brilliantly secure packaging. Only took minutes to assemble and now takes pride of place in my home office. Mark has provided excellent customer service along the way and provided me with photos of various options before I made my final decision. Totally recommend.

I ordered a womb chair with a leather upholstery and although it took a little longer than expected for arrival i am absolutely delighted with the chair. It's very heavy, sturdy and fab looking. Most of all very comfortable a dream to sit and relax.
Can't fault the delivery very helpful and polite. Packaged so well it would stand an earthquake. Would definitely buy again, Mark has quality items and very helpful with enquiries.

Just a really great experience… first of all informative and speedy email correspondence, A+ for customer service! Then the chair itself, lovely - leather, veneer and aluminium all ooze quality. Lastly delivery, day and time planned it turned up, superbly packed and cheerful deliverers. Definitely use their services again!

Finally! I found my perfect Eames Lounge chair! Since I was a little boy, I have had this lounge chair in my dreams. One day I would own one. But the real thing was and still is a stretch too far. After having experienced a cheap eBay copy, I finally found a more pricey but better quality one last year from another supplier. On arrival it was clear that whilst the leather was good, the cushions themself were too hard, and there was no flex. I returned it. So eventually I got back in touch with Mark who I first contacted back in 2013! We spoke on the phone and talked through his Eames lounge chairs. I then made the decision to go for it and add an Icon Eames lounge chair to my collection. It’s absolutely amazing. Very comfortable. And the back flexes! Leather is amazing quality also. Thanks Mark. We finally made it happen after nine years!

I've had the Eames chair and ottoman for a few weeks and it's a great product, very comfortable and well-built. Delivery was prompt too.

My Eames Lounger and Ottoman arrived yesterday, carefully and expertly packed, and professionally delivered. The white leather is gorgeous, the ply frame exquisite, and the set looks amazing in our design studio here. Especially when in close proximity to the Eames Style EA117 Office Chair we already have from Mark — which I have to say, is THE most comfortable and posture-perfect office chair I have had in over 30 years, for long days at the computer.

It’s difficult to come up with something original to say about Iconic Interiors, it’s founder Mark, the furniture and the service that has not been said by others so I will simply endorse all those positive reviews that have come before mine.

My order consisted of a Knoll two seater sofa with a matching Knoll chair together with the Eames Style Lounge Chair and Ottoman.

I am very pleased with my purchase and I fully intend to come back to Iconic Interiors for other pieces - I have my eye on a pair of side tables and the Wagenfeld 24 table lamps.

Our Eames lounger and ottoman arrived earlier this week and we couldn't be more delighted. Expertly packed, professionally delivered and just as promised. The leather is lovely, the ply frame exquisite, the whole thing is more than we'd hoped for. Thanks to Mark and colleagues - we love it!

We bought from iconic interiors before and we very pleased with customer service and quality of the pieces delivered. Beginning of August we asked for leather samples for the Kubus 3 seater couch, priced GBP1850. We asked the owner whether he would honour the 10% discount to newsletter subscribers and he agreed. We got the samples and went on the website to place an order. Within 3 weeks the prices increased already by GBP100. We emailed Mark and asked whether he would honour the original price at beginning of August. The answer was "no". We then asked for a price including the 10% discount promised. We got a "best" price quote that was higher than the standard price on his website (would not stand up to any kind of consumer law) plus a delivery charge of GBP175.- as the item is so big. (delivery quote on the website GBP65).
We emailed again as we thought there was a misunderstanding to be told that this is what we had to pay (all in all almost GBP200 more than ordering directly from the website). No mate, this is simply unacceptable ....taking into consideration that we are return customers it is frankly outrageous.

This isn’t the first piece of furniture that I’ve bought from Mark and I doubt it will be the last.
His furniture is without doubt the closest to the authentic pieces you can get. I’m some case they go beyond the originals.
The authentic pieces are now beyond the pocket of all but the very rich and are not always as long lived as one would hope.
The chairs and side tables I have, have always been in stock and despatch has been quick. I did have a hiccup and delivery was late, coming from one side of the country to the other in the peak of the holiday season, can be forgiven and obviously this isn’t Mark’s fault. I will say though that once delivered you’ll be so in love with it, the delay is forgotten.
I ordered a Barcelona chair in antique leather. I wasn’t expecting it to be a nubuck finish so I’m really pleased.

I have been looking for an Eames lounge chair for some time, and settled on Iconic Interiors having done a lot of online research. Essentially I wanted something that was as close to the original without the price tag. And I reckon Iconic fulfill that criteria and offer quality products sensibly priced.
I would recommend checking out Mark's YouTube product reviews, linked to his site, as they offer an excellent perspective on size and dimensions, and which along with a quick email query to Mark, helped me enormously in making my purchasing decion. As previously stated, I ordered the Eames Lounge chair and an Eames stool, primarily for my coffe mug and wine glass to sit on, but is also actually very comfortable as a stool! And I am 6' and 16 stone. But the Eames lounger is something else. Prob the most comfortable chair I have sat in for a long time. It offers excellent lumbar support and the leather has a sort of suede "just worn in" feel which I absolutely love. I shall be buying again from Mark, but the question is what, as he has so many lovely pieces.

I did a lot of research, on the Internet, looking for a Barcelona Chair. I didn’t need to look any further - when I came across Mark. Everything on the website ticked the boxes, to feel confident about making this purchase. The Chair was delivered, yesterday........and we are absolutely thrilled with it. There were, I have to say, alternative sites, but on researching them - although they may have been cheaper - I was very sceptical of them, and would not have made that purchase. I can recommend all aspects of Mark’s business practice to anyone, wishing to buy his products.
