I paid for items and still have yet to receive them Ive called emailed and no response… it is a SCAM

I was worried as this was my first order but i got my order and loved it. Shipping times are stated so i knew what to expect

I ordered one of the new popular mugs but can gather no tracking information.
I have aent severl emails with no response.
Oh, by the way they have already taken themoney out of my accout and now they want me to confirm that amount before I can track my order, but it says I need to give them 1.00 on my card to get any info!

This company is a lie. I ordered in July and I have not received my order. I called, emailed and no reply. I will sue them at this point.

This company does not deserve any stars. I ordered an item back in June and have not received it. Like others reviews, I to have called and sent several emails with no response. I will be calling my credit card company to ask them to reverse the charges.

Please don't order from them. They are a rip off. I never received my item and no refund. They will not respond.

I purchased a swimsuit in February.
No response. And my tracking from the app SHOP is now saying; No Details. I have emailed 2 times a week since March, no answer.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered a bikini for my fiance in July of 2021. It is December of 2021 and I have still not received my order. They even issued a tracking number that is invalid. Worse yet, I have emailed several times and never received a response. I would steer clear of Iconic Trendz.
