I have not received my ordered made on 21/August 2022 nor received any update status of my order? Kindly let me know when would I able to receive the order or at least update me the delivery status and for me to follow up.

I was really pleased. The "back in stock" notification was really useful so I was able to order in time before they ran out again. Delivery was also really quick with both orders I've made arriving ahead of the estimate time.

I purchased replacement 20000UL Jerrycan water filters and Carbon filters for my Icon Lifesaver Jerrycan.

The filters came foil wrapped with a 10 year storage life, were reasonable priced, well packaged, and quickly delivered.

The customer service team were very helpful dealing with my enquiry.

I have used lifesaver products for a number of years and have found them to be robust, reliable, easy to use and extremely efficient.

They are my go to resource for filtering and purifying drinking water and have never let me down. They do what they are supposed to 100% of the time if you take care of them properly.

Great, responsive customer service. They back their product when it has an in issue. Which in my case was a fracture in the can.

I no have my new can just 5 days later.

I'll continue doing business with companies like this that respect their customer basis.

Fast shipping but shipping and duty is expensive

First, I ordered directly from LifeSaver to avoid giving any business to Amazon!
Second, I received the request for the rating prior to the shipment actually being confirmed as completed or shipped. Kinda hard to give an honest review without the product or information on delivery.
Third, I received a call from DHL (Dewey, Huey and Louie) today 08/04/2022. The shipment could not be completed as DHL claims to not deliver to my area, yet I see their delivery vans in the Prescott AZ area quite often. The other problem was that the unit number was omitted from their paperwork. I checked the original order and it was included when I placed the order. Somewhere along the way it was not included on the final shipping label.
This should trigger a review of the process for completing orders and a verification for the same.

I'm not certain yet, I've been going to buy one for about 15 years and hadn't bought one and am now waiting to receive it. I'm certain that it's a good investment but can't presently use one.

The lifesaver jerrycan is supposed to be a magnificent product. Unfortunately the purchase experience could be better. I got no instructions with the product - unforgivable. I bought a tap, since it seemed to be an important option that I needed, but it already has a tap. I now have an extra tap. I got a graphite filter with the product. I don't know what to do with it. Do I stick it in my mouth to filter the water? Clearly since the filter doesn't seem to be an optional purchase, I should have bought more to use the product. Sales opportunity lost. I have been told by a friend that it's critical that it's stored with a little water in it to keep the product working, but again I don't know for sure because I don't have instructions. Surely all the more important to have instructions if true - even functionally critical. Recommended purchase options with justifiable reasons would have helped sell more filters etc. and allowed purchasers get more value out of the product compared to a disappointment. Much room for improvement in marketing. I doubt that there is a marketing input at present.

Seems like a well designed piece of kit. As it is for use with our spring well I am now going to have lovely fresh clean water 😁

I have purchased a Lifesaver jerrycan some years ago and essentially the product failed. Not wear and tear, but failure due to a manufacturing issue. I have now been trying to resolve this issue for almost a year now...lots of promises...no resolution = FAIL. I don't know what to do now...seems like my Lifesaver jerrycan will be destined for landfill.

Complete protection from contaminated water. This is the best way to be protected from most/any known contamination.

Received in reasonably quick time considering the disruption we are all dealing with
