We have had a good experience with Icon…
We have had a good experience with Icon Offices. They have been very good at contacting us if we needed to submit further information. They have been efficient in processing our application to Companies House. The only issue we experienced was submitting documents to prove our identities. The files have to be less than 2MB, and all mine were larger. It took a while to work out that cropping the photos in the gallery was the solution. Also, the liveness test video wouldn't work on my phone, but it worked fine on my tablet. Otherwise, all good.
