Swift response. Good online system with minimal ID required.
I think I technically paid and went through BusinAssist, but they seem connected. BusinAssist did not answer the phone.
The email says reply by direct email, but the information page for ID says log on. I was not able to log on as did not have a PIN (subscribers only), but after then getting through to Icon, they quickly sorted it out.
