# Open Letter to Icopify

I am writing this open letter to share my personal experience with Icopify and to warn other users to be very careful before trusting this platform.

After reading many Google reviews, I realized that I was not the only person facing these problems. I now feel that trusting this platform was a big mistake as they are doing scams with people.

I deposited **$150** into my Icopify account and placed several orders. Unfortunately, some of those orders were never completed because the publishers did not fulfill them. Since I was no longer interested in using the platform, I requested a refund according to Icopify's own refund policy.

I was told that my refund would be processed within **7 days**.

Today, **more than one month has passed**, and I still have not received my money. Even worse, Icopify has stopped responding to my messages. I have sent **more than 50 messages** through their chat system and have contacted them multiple times using their Contact Us form, but I have received no meaningful response.

It is extremely frustrating to have my money held on the platform while my refund request is simply being ignored. As a customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and professional support, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

Another issue I experienced is the overall quality of many websites listed on the platform. In several cases, publishers contacted me directly outside the platform, which made the process feel unprofessional and raised serious concerns about the safety and reliability of the marketplace.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Icopify. A company that advertises a refund policy should honor it and communicate with its customers instead of ignoring them for weeks.

If my refund continues to be ignored, I will consider reporting this matter to the relevant consumer protection and regulatory authorities in the United Kingdom and will continue pursuing every legitimate option available to recover my money.

I sincerely hope Icopify resolves this issue and refunds my money. Until then, my advice to others is simple:

Another disappointing experience shared within our team regarding iCopify support.

One of our team members faced a withdrawal issue and repeatedly contacted support for assistance. After waiting for a long period and sending multiple follow-ups, the response received was not focused on resolving the payment concern. Instead, the communication felt discouraging and created concerns about potential account restrictions if further payment-related questions were raised.

For many freelancers and publishers, cash flow is critical. We often pay website owners and vendors in advance because quality placements and niche websites need to be secured before receiving payment ourselves.

When payment issues arise, freelancers need timely support, clear communication, and practical solutions. Delayed responses can create unnecessary stress, especially for small publishers and independent freelancers who are already managing tight budgets and client expectations.

I'm sharing this experience in the hope that iCopify improves its support process and communication with publishers.

iCopify is filled with thousands of low-quality, spammy link-farming websites. Most of the sites look like they exist purely to sell backlinks rather than provide any real value, traffic, or authority. The platform may look like it has a large marketplace, but once you start going through the listings, it becomes clear that a huge portion are complete junk. If you care about SEO quality, brand safety, or building links that actually help your website long term, I would be very cautious using iCopify. of complete utter junk, link farming websites.

I work for an SEO agency and signed up as a publisher after using the site on and off as a buyer. Due to my agency work, I thought offering my services as a publisher could be useful to buyers to access some new sites and earn me some extra money.

I spent a whole working day making a spreadsheet of my available sites, mostly private ones. I included a few that our agency pays for publishing rights, which means we can post and get published immediately.

As a test, I used a site that is free to join, and anyone can post an article with a backlink. However, with a free account, the link is nofollow. My account is paid, so you get a dofollow link, and is 14 years old, so I think it has more SEO weight than a new account.

I set my price at under $15, which I thought was fair.
However, when I look at the offer from the buyer's side, the offer is over $130. I assumed this must be a glitch and emailed, but haven't had a reply. This is disgusting; there is no way a link on this site is worth anything close to $30, let alone what they have priced it as.

Please respond, iCopify, because I think what you are doing is illegal, as you are doing it in an account in my name, which I would never have agreed to.

Paid $100 for credits. Then ordered three articles. Not one of them was actually published and it took almost 1 month to find that out. Requested a full refund for the credits I have with the company. No refund coming.

Great work, rarely any issues. If so, they are minor.

Literally useless platform, 80% of my attempts to make placement end up returning funds, it just hangs for a week and recoil back. "Press release" is another funny feature, which means they send you big file with bunch of topic preselected (resembles keyword research), only with topics instead of keywords, nobody publish anything for you. Last feature cost money, but in reality it is something AI would do for $0, in 30 seconds. Don't transfer money there, trusting random worker on Upwork is 5 star service in comparison with this scam.

How iCopify Appropriated My $750 ETH Deposit, Hiding Behind Coinbase During Their "Double Balance" Crypto Promo

On February 16, 2026, I deposited $750 in ETH into iCopify to test their "double your balance" promotion for content promotion services. I sent the transfer from my verified personal Binance account (full KYC) to the wallet address they provided.

Unfortunately, I mistakenly used the BSC (BEP-20) network instead of Ethereum. Their wallet is on Coinbase, which flagged it as an "unsupported asset." However, Coinbase's official Asset Recovery Tool handles such cases, and iCopify confirmed they initiated the process. They even shared Coinbase's message that funds were "eligible for recovery" and would arrive soon.

Blockchain shows the recovered assets were sent from their Coinbase wallet to another address just hours later. Yet, no funds appeared on my iCopify balance. For the first week, they gave vague replies like "still waiting on Coinbase," but then went completely silent no responses for 3+ weeks despite my follow-ups. 🕦

Sharing this so colleagues know that iCopify is not a clean company they will easily appropriate your funds at the slightest opportunity. Be especially careful with crypto transfers.

Placed a link order. Waited for 4 months, their seller came back with a completely unrelated article. Now they refuse to issue a refund because too much time passed. Yeah, because your seller on your platform took months. We're being punished for being patient and being willing to work with them beyond what's reasonable. My advice: skip this service. The quality is poor, the customer service is shocking, and it's just a waste of time.

As a publisher, I’ve had a great experience with iCopify. The platform brings consistent orders, task requirements are clear, and payments are smooth and reliable. A professional marketplace for quality collaborations. Highly recommended!

I add price only 80$ and on my client side it’s showing like 900 euro🙁. My client say I can’t use this platform again

Stay away from this company at all costs! Trust me.
I have two tasks that says estimated completion 27 Dec 2025, sent inbox messages (no reply), reached out via contact form in the dashboard (no reply), sent a manual email to support#icopify.co (no reply)

Now - the best part - 2x links were charged $44.48 dollars. Has been in-progress since 23 Dec 2025.

Feel like i was scammed. If there is a delay, i feel a company could at least notify you during the process. This is not a review from a bot or some guy trying to write a crap review for no reason, I seriously don't recommend using this company at all.

They cheat with prices, don't publish posts, don't issue refunds, and their live chat is a joke. WARNING! WASTE OF MONEY!
