Easy to use and I liked that I can choose the room with seeing where the room located on the map.
After made the reservation, automatically loaded on my royal caribbean app dont know how but was very convenient.

I'm a past multi cruiser, so I knew what I wanted and when. I was given all the info I needed quickly and with out nuisance. After comparing pricing, this was the best on many levels. Very easy to use and book.

Fraud or gross mismanagement - you be the judge?
On July 1, 2025, I paid $1,600 as a deposit for a Princess Cruise with ICruise. On July 10, 2025 I paid $8684 with my AMEX card and received confirmation that the trip was completely paid for. However, on July 23, 2025, ICruise charged my AMEX card an additional $1,433.93. The next day ICruise sent an email demanding an additional $7,250 or they would cancel the cruise and keep my deposit. Over the course of the next few days, I spoke with (8) customer representatives who stated that they never received the $8,684. They maintained this position even though I sent a screen shot of my AMEX statement showing the charge. Each representative refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. It was only after I threatened legal action and bad reviews did they miraculously find the $8,684. The net result is that my AMEX card was overdrawn and I have to wait (14) days for ICruise to reimburse me. Most reflective of their corporate structure, not once did anyone acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology.
Caveat Emptor!
