The ICS team did an amazing job with our extension. They were always friendly and were very keen to help us solve problems that inevitably popped up along the way. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and the people on-site were very knowledgeable. Specific thanks to Tomas who helped juggle all the moving parts with suppliers and tradesmen, Marius for his workmanship and Lile for her continued support and positivity throughout the project.

ICS recently completed a loft conversion and refurbishment of my first floor flat. Tomas was the project manager and had everything running smoothly. All trades were highly skilled and efficient. I have already recommended them to anyone who’s asked about my project.

Had a fantastic experience with our loft conversion! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Tomas, our project manager, was brilliant and kept everything on track. Communication from Lile via the WhatsApp channel was always quick, clear, and reassuring. This was the second time we worked with ICS, having completed a loft conversion with them in 2023. This time they built our kitchen extension and once again the quality of their work was extremely high. Our project manager Tomas was always responsive and quick to deal with any queries and resolve any challenges. The efficiency of their construction teams, from groundwork right through to electrics and decorating, is excellent, and we also appreciated the always friendly and helpful support from Lile in the office team. Their accounts team made the financial side really easy to manage. Overall we are so happy with the result: a beautiful, warm, expertly built extension that has given us much needed space and improved our lifestyle (and the value of the property!) and we would not hesitate to recommend ICS or to work with them again.

We have been really very happy with ICS. The company provided a reasonable quote, detailed information on the process and was very responsive to queries. They provided an online portal which helped us to track stages of the build itself as well as finance.

Our project manager, Stas, was truly outstanding. He was always quick to respond, answering every question with honesty and clarity. His communication kept us informed and reassured throughout the process, and his dedication to delivering the best possible result was clear.

Despite a shaky start with project management- scaffolding was erected before portaloo arrived, meaning my front garden had to be dug up for it to be installed, then builders went up through the building with roofing materials rather than up the scaffolding and in through the roof hole as I had been led to believe, leading to tenants moving out- all the rest of the project went very well with good communication and the work was completed to a very high level. I would happily recommend them as a team to anyone planning domestic building work. My immediate team were Tomas and Lile.

I recently had the pleasure of working with ICS for a series of projects on my property (SE6), including a sideways rear extension, bathroom refit, the addition of a laundry room, complete replumbing, and the removal of an old chimney.

The quality of their work was exceptional, and the ICS team demonstrated great flexibility when we decided to add new tasks or modify existing plans. Any minor issues that arose were promptly and efficiently resolved without any hassle.

Moreover, they went above and beyond by installing a temporary water cylinder, ensuring we had hot water and could continue living comfortably in the house while the boiler was being relocated.

The entire crew was not only skilled but also friendly and punctual, making the whole experience seamless and pleasant.

Stas, the project manager, was fantastic - completely on top of everything and led the project with such competence and attention to detail. His team of builders, plasterers, plumbers, carpenters etc. were all outstanding. They worked quickly, efficiently, and the quality of their work was exceptional.
What really stood out was Stas's responsiveness... Anytime I had a question (and I had lots of those) or needed to get in touch, he was always quick to respond, whether it was by message or phone. He handled everything seamlessly, and there were no issues at all.

We have a fantastic new loft conversion carried out by ICS. Their level of customer service is second to none and the quality of the work completed is excellent. ICS built a wonderful loft room and ensuite bathroom atop our small end-of-terrace in New Cross. The result is better than we had ever imagined and was delivered in good time at a good price. Stas, our project manager, was reliable and a pleasure to deal with. He really listened and was able to guide and reassure us whenever we had questions or worries (of which there were a few, this being our first time having any substantial building work done). The couple of small issues we had along the way were thoroughly rectified, and I have no hesitation recommending ICS to anyone looking for a professional finish. Cheers!

From start to finish everyone was easy to communicate with and explained every step of the project clearly. Toma was fantastic and such a lovely person to deal with. She handled all of the challenges, including speaking to neighbours about concerns they had regarding the build in a warm, friendly and professional way. We don’t think we could have done this project without her.
Every member of the team was a pleasure to have around and they were all incredibly friendly and respectful. The quality of the work was excellent and our house has been completely transformed. This was a big project including a loft conversion, moving a bathroom, complete re-plaster and various other bits. Along the way, the team were flexible and supportive when we were unsure or had new ideas. They responded well to any challenges that came up and guided us through the major upheaval that comes with a project of this size.
We had a minor issue with the bathroom after completion, however this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The follow up has been excellent.
For the great quality of work the pricing was very fair. We have already recommended this company to others and would not hesitate to use them again for any further work we may do in the future.
It has taken a long time to write this review due to our lack of organisation! Work completed March 2023.

We are very happy with our experience with ICS!!! Their professional, easygoing conduct goes all the way! Nothing was too much for them, nothing was a real problem, they come up with solutions and they always aim to say yes to the numerous asks, and trust me I had many 😅. Incredibly professional and customer focused throughout. We honestly could not have chosen a better company, so happy we went ahead with them. We love our loft so much, it’s gorgeous. The entire team is very thoughtful, polite, sincere, very informative and they always try to help and put your mind at ease. You can trust that your project is in very good hands. They always listened and patiently answered my endless questions explaining the process.

Stas, our project manager deserves a medal for his patience in dealing with me, which was not easy. I am a stubborn perfectionist, and each time no matter how hard - he found a way to make it happen, always providing solutions. Extremely grateful to have had him as project manager, he was there for me throughout the process, always with a smile, wonderful attitude and steadfast professionalism.
Overall, the entire team was just a pleasure to deal with from start to end, always polite and professional, very experienced in what they do, which resulted in the loft of a very high quality. They pay a lot of attention to customers’ needs and you can trust that they will create a brilliant loft for you.

ICSolutions did my beautiful loft conversion through Simply Easy Refurbs. My project manager, Stas, guided me through every decision and was a real expert. Stas worked really hard to get me quotes that would be accurate as possible ahead of time rather than avoiding ‘surprises’ later and explained the additions in the quote they thought were worthwhile investments (e.g bigger Velux for more light).

One thing I’d suggest is more notice for the timeline of next steps. Although I know there are sometimes setbacks, I wish I’d organised the toilet tiles and floorboards earlier as I made those decisions quickly to avoid delays on the team’s availability.

My builders were often on site early, ready to start on time and got the job finished bang on schedule. My neighbours even commented how punctual and hardworking the team had been. Something not everyone might have as a concern is that I was a little shy/nervous about having lots of different people at home as I live alone so I really appreciated how friendly all the team were and good at communicating when they’d be arriving.

When they did the snagging I had a key for a window snap and they sorted it with no issue. Quality of the work was great. Thanks for the huge improvement to my home!

I am so pleased I went for my loft conversion with SimplyEasy Refurbs & ICS. They weren’t my first choice based on quote however while talking to them I understood they have professional team and are customer centrated. After few rounds of negotiations we agreed on scope, time and budget.
All the works started on time, all trades involved were highly professionals, doing the works with consideration of my needs. I was a bit nervous after reading on other people experience with other firms. However it went smooth. The rest of the house wasn’t impacted. They always covered all unimpacted areas, put carpet protectors, dust sheets etc.
Surprisingly for me, main work were completed ahead of the time just after 6 weeks. This of course happened because of brilliant work of project management team and fast feedback look. We had common WhatsApp group set up that eased communication.

Overall, very positive experience, on time, full scope and on budget. Definitely recommend if you think to do a bit of extension to your leaving space.

Building projects can be stressful, particularly if you are living right underneath the site, however  the project was managed professionally and co-ordinated well to ensure a smooth process, with good communication and minimal disruption.
 
ICS’s team of tradesmen are skilled, reliable, and proud of their work. This is consistent at all stages of the project and really stands out in the finished article.
 
We have high standards ourselves and now have a quality end product which we are really happy with.

Stas and the team at ICS have been brilliant. Reliable, communicative and supportive. It was a pleasure having the trades in the house whilst the work was ongoing.

This was our first time doing any kind of construction as we just bought our first home. We were nervous going into it with so little experience of what red flags might be when selecting a company but in the end, we followed our gut and it did not steer us wrong.
Our loft conversion was completed on time, to a great standard (other trades who came in to work on the rest of the flat would often comment that the work looked very well done). Our project manager was definitely a huge part of why our experience was so positive. Stas was great at communicating what was happening so we never felt the project was running away from us, and when the inevitable snafu happened with large projects like this we were always able to discuss how best to move forward. We had a hard deadline to move into the flat and Stas always had that in mind and kept things moving so construction was completed before our move date.
All in all, ICS were great and we would (and have) recommend them.
