Still unable to install the emails on outlook. A phone number should be given to your customers for a prompt assistance ! The delay of 1-2 days before a reply is given by mail is too long.

Our company is based in Mauritius as well as support service and technical service. However for better and reliable hosting service our servers are deployed in Netherland and Sweden. Hosting a VPS in Mauritius only will only make a website being perceived as fast when accessing within Mauritius while due to lower speed & high latency it will not be up to the level of proper commercial hosting when accessing from other countries.

Paying my bill wasn't easy because my bank asked for a special ID that I didn't know. Then I found out that INR is wrong, but it was on my bill. But it was positive that the support was always there immediately and helped.
