Fraudulent subscriptions
The company charged €2.90 for an ID photo online that didn't work and I complained but they did not respond adequately. Then they deducted €39.90 from my account without my knowledge or Consent claiming that I had subscribed to their 'service' which I did not do. I have complained and demanded a refund and await their response.

Was charged £6.90 for photos that never showed up, and then was also signed up for a subscription service for £40 a month which I certainly did not sign up for. Luckily my bank stepped in and blocked the charges. Have contacted the company who were originally fairly helpful and then when pressed, stopped replying. Absolutely do not use

Edit-- thankfully credit card company has issued a refund for the deceiving subscription. Hopefully anyone that thinks about using this company will see all of these reviews first.
My partner paid for a single passport photo for £2.90. he has unknowingly been subscribed to a monthly plan for £39.90! There was no mention of a subscription plan, he has been charged for two months. I am beyond annoyed by this. The passport photo that was produced didn't even meet regulations!
We require a full refund of all subscription payments that we didn't consent to or we will be forced to consult with a lawyer.
