very patient and professional solicitor…
very patient and professional solicitor took up the challenge of getting an ID1 verified for my father who is practically housebound, the video call was calm and responsive even when we changed locations. I would highly recommend this solicitor as he was so good and i received the paperwork same day. Also a great price.

At 77yrs, verification guided & put at ease.
At 77yrs, with recent mobility issues I was concerned about being verified by video phone. Touched a link supplied, screen wrote ‘I would be joined by host shortly’. Host appears, asks name, dob, address + pertinent questions. Guided me to hold passport left hand, phone horizontally in right hand. Took 2 photos showing passport with my face to right, advised verification complete.
Will send certificate today. All in 7 min.
