I found this brand looking for a 100% cotton seashell skirt (not polyester). Spent over $300. At purchase, the description clearly said "front beading only" unless you requested both sides. I did not b/c I wanted to comfortably sit on it.

Skirt arrived fully beaded front and back. I emailed and DMed immediately. No response. Instead of replying, they quietly updated the product description to say both sides would be beaded. Only got a reply after I commented under an influencer ig post. They said they changed it "because of feedback." Fine, but customers should know before their order ships.

Shipping took nearly 2 months from the UK to the US.

I asked for a refund since I didn't get what I ordered. They said I'd have to pay return shipping. Since it was their mistake, I said they should pay for the return. They said they'd "look into" covering it. This dragged on for months until they ghosted me.

This isn't a small slow-fashion brand worth supporting. They care about influencers, not customers. Save yourself the headache.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

This has genuinely been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. After placing my order, I was met with complete silence. I sent multiple emails and tried contacting the brand through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and even messaged the owner directly. Every single attempt was ignored.

After weeks of being unable to get any response whatsoever, I had no choice but to request a chargeback through my bank.

I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this poor. Delays happen, but completely ignoring paying customers across every communication channel is unacceptable. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a brand that appears to prioritise influencers and social media presence over the people who have actually spent money with them.

After reading other recent reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only person who’s had this experience.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this brand to think twice. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect anyone to respond.

I wish I could leave 0 stars but I am unable to. I had been extremely excited to purchase a skirt from this brand and had saved up to do so. Once I did I received an order confirmation. Months went by and despite being told my item would be dispatched in 2-5 days I received no other communication. I tried emailing, dming and even messaging the owner but no reply. As I was about to contact the bank to nullify my purchase they replied on TikTok (the only forum in which they are seemingly active) saying they will look into the issue and surprisingly nothing else happened. In hidden comments under their posts and the odd video still available others have too been scammed by this brand or are unable to reach/receive any communication from them. If items do arrive it’s multiple months after the purchase with no forewarning. Do not waste your money or time on this brand.
