"AVOID!!! This is not an actual plumbing company—it is a call center that simply subcontracts jobs to local plumbers. I called to book a diagnosis and repair and was charged a £90 'booking fee' upfront. However, when the actual local plumber arrived, I had to pay another £90 call-out fee directly to them. I ended up paying £180 before any work even started. Complete transparency is missing here; save your money and call a local plumber directly."

I rang this company on Monday morning during working hours using the telephone number stated on their own website and my call went straight into answering machine. I was asked to leave my number and a message, which I did, articulately.
It is Tuesday evening now and nobody rang me back.
I even called again on Tuesday morning but same thing happened - answering machine.

It would useful if customers could actually get through or if someone rang us back within 24 hours. This is important especially in case of emergencies.
