Horrible quality and service is equally bad
I bought a phone strap for 259kr. Sadly it was faulty, and for some reason kept falling off for no apparent reason. Before I could complain, the strap fell off again while I was out grocery shopping. I wrote to them and explained what happened, but they do not want to offer a refund, not even a partial one, because the item is lost — even though it was faulty when I got it. So now I am 259 and a phone strap short 👎🏻
On top of that, the “pearls” of the phone strap were just the most horrible plastic beads which both felt and looked so cheap.
Do not buy from this brand.
Good customer service
I recieved some slightly damaged products, and contacted Ideal of swedens customer service. They handled the situation very well, and therefore they get a 5 star review.

i received a phone cover that not fits to my phone and the make a compensation to send me a new cover i contacted Saman many times but they ignore me until now i did not received any ting.

Nice marketing but bad quality of service & products
Nice looking products but horrible quality. After 8 days the iphone cover was damaged. I informed the shop. They sent a new one WITHOUT asking me if this is okay for me. So they sent it to a wrong adress. They still want me to pay the invoice for the damaged product. I hope they will solve this issue, for now I am just irritated because they have a quite good marketing on the surface, but behind the doors it seems to be different! No customer oriented service from support.

i'm really disappointed to bought a cover from Ideal Of Sweden.
I bought a cover for my iphone 12 pro max & first of all they shipping its take too long until i get it ( around 14 days) but is not a big deal, the problem is when i get my brand new cover it have many scratches on the leather and i start to write with costumer service , they’re accepted but they said it is in good condition and they offer me 5€ but im not after a money, i said i want a brand new cover with out scratches or i need my money back and they accept it BUT THE PROBLEM IS I SHOULD PAY FOR THE RETURN IEVEN ITS NOT MY FAULT.
i already pay once to shipping & how many time i should pay for shipping!!! if its my fault its was okay but its a companys fault to send me a second hand cover and they should pay for the return.
I’ll keeping this second hand cover with a bad experience and as a costumer I’ll NEVER EVER BUYING OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.👎🏼

Saman) he is humble and truly sorry for what i experience and he send me NEW PRODUCT & DISCOUNT CODE (Wow) & i never expect it.
Im really really glad & Happy to see the best customer service because i thought they dont care about customers but i was totally WRONG 😅

Customer nightmare
Order was NOT delivered but returned to the merchant. Instead of clearing the bill they have been holding back my money until I replied to there “questions” even though they clearly admitted that the order was not delivered and already has been returned to them. Might there been a communication problem with the delivery service or not. The fact that they kept the money (and LIED to the financial mediator that the order has in fact been delivered) after the order has been completely returned to get their information is blackmail and an absolute no go. Been waiting for 2 months for my money back.
Absolute nightmare. I warn you, don’t shop there and tell everyone you know. Disgusting!
Worst company ever
OMG. What a fake company, i placed an order on 14 and 16 february and havn't recived any of my orders yet. I aksed them out about trackings on my order since that wasn't an option on the site. Their answer was, i only could track my orders in Sweeden from their side. Then when it comes to Denmark,i should be able to track it via the shipping company in Danmark. I havn't recived anything yet, and still waitng for my package to come. guess my package probably never was leaving Sweeden, acording to the shipping company, they never recived anything.
WORST COMPANY EVER TOTALLY UNTRUSTABLE. DOSN'T UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION, I SPENT OVER 15 MIN TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION, AND YET THEY Still DONT UNDERSTAND. I

Great quality items
I ordered 3 products as a first-time customer and I absolutely love all three. Great quality. I have watched the brand progress over the past few years and I think they’re moving in the right direction - adding bags into the sortiment and overall diversifying was a great idea. Definitely a fan and will be buying more.

Never got my product! Waited for 3 weeks and they don’t have a track and trace that shows you where your product is after it leaves Sweden - bad service!

Love them!
Good quality, nicely packed, cane very fast and I just love the products and the cases I ordered. I also ordered a safety glass and it looks solid, came with the special “easy to apply” case that you put on the phone and it is super easy to put the safely glass on. All very good I can say 🥰

I ordered a phone case and a wireless charger from ideal of Sweden. Because of the (extremely high!) price and the beautiful pictures on the website, I expected a really good quality and was excited about the products. But when I got them, I was completely disappointed. The phone case had no shiny glow at all, it is just a cheap print. The case itself is just a normal hard case and not really protection for your phone.
The wireless charger was just a light plastic thing, it looks also very cheap, with the same cheap printing on it without any glow.
I have spent 100€ on this order and now I want my money back, so I did a return. It was about 10 days ago, and for now I heard nothing from Ideal of Sweden, if they registered my return or received anything. By the way, it was very hard to find return information on their website and that costs so much time!
For now, I just hope that I can get my money back and I would recommend you to never order something from them, because you won‘t get more than a big disappointment from them.
By the way, there are reviews on Youtube, too, if you don’t believe me. :)

The cover arrived after 8 days. Ideal couldn’t give a status on the package during the process and the tracking said, it had not left Ideal...
