iDeals Direct 

Wanted to give a minus star as this is what is needed. The same as many others, ordered Xmas presents 3rd December and still waiting on 29th. Told they will arrive but I don't want them now avoiding my request for a refund. Avoid at all costs. Will contact PayPal today.

Still waiting six months later my for refund that was never processed. Order was cancelled because iDeals Direct could not give me a delivery date on my purchase after weeks of ME chasing this. Terrible service, terrible communication and will need to start legal action to get my £375 still owed to me.

Thieves. It would seem they have no stock but are happy to take your money. Still waiting to be refunded. Not holding my breath.

Bed purchased in December, payment taken, no stock, managed to get through on the phone, refund promised, still no refund 3 months later. Now commencing legal action.

I thought I would support a non high street chain, but I cannot express strongly enough the lack of communication and lack of stock. They appear to have no products, no level of customer service, and alas answers. They are however very proficient at ignoring any level of correspondence and taking money. I am sorry to have been left very disappointed. I feel they may need bringing to task, and fast. Luckily for me my CC company are on the ball and have offered me exemplary assistance to help rectify my situation. Only wish I had read these reviews before my purchase, but now hope I can warn others. P.s. They may have been good once upon a time and I genuinely hope they could be good again. The UK needs more smaller business.

Ive had same problem. Total lack of communication and when requested refund no response. This company is a joke! So don't waste your time or money.

Ordered and paid £500 for a bed with 5-7 days delivery time quoted. 16 days later no bed, no calls or emails from them and nobody answering the phone. Contacting my credit card company to ask for my money back.

They advertise 2-3 day delivery, mine took 4 weeks! That was after approx 30 phone calls/messages etc! Had to hound them on every social media platform plus phone calls. They never reply to answerphone messages & they never call you back when you do speak to someone & they promise to.

Company appears to be a one man band that really doesn’t appear to care at all. Customer service is zero!!

Had to wait in 5 days running because it was definently being delivered that day. Got the bed frame on day 2 but no mattress. Took 3 more days of waiting in because was always promised it would def get there that day before it did! Excuse after excuse & it’s never their fault! Apparently they closed for 3 weeks for fraud & then excused like “the mattress was too big for the delivery van” (it was a standard double), “the courier lost it in their depot” - only when I advised I was seeing a solicitor to sue for the cost of missing mattress & loss of earnings because of having to have so many days off for non existent deliveries, did my full order turn up!!

I would advise anyone to look at the reviews on them & on their sister company & then shop elsewhere!

I ordered a bedframe which was supposed to be shipped next day and after just over a week of it not arriving I tried to make contact.Must have rang at least 20 times over the next couple of days and even sent emails and left messages on answer machine. Finally got through only to be told that courier service had lost it.So ok this happens from time to time.Told them to get on to couriers and get it shipped and to let me know that it was on its way.Waited a couple of days and heard nothing so tried to ring and left messages also an email but still no reply.Finally got through and was told bed would be sent.But guess what.On the day we were supposed to receive bed it didn't turn up.So I rang the couriers direct and they knew nothing about another delivery. So enough is enough and I have asked for a refund on which I am still waiting. Didn't even get an apology.

Paid £175 for a bed frame three weeks ago. Nothing arrived. No answer on phone.

Only need to look on google street view at their “address” to see its fake.

I have very bad experience with them. Got king size bed whose gas Sturts are not working. Complained about it didn't get any response.
If you call them they don't pick up your call and don't answer emails. So bad experience.

a quick message on facebook detailing what i required was quickly replied to with multiple suggestions of what would be suitable and recommendations of the best ones to get. Great with helping decide what to get and was very flexible with delivery/pick up options. Nice touch as well when they got back in touch a couple of weeks later to see all was ok with it. highly recommended

Well what can I say.. 2nd time ordering from here and they never fail to impress! The beds and mattresses I've ordered from here have been top quality and exactly as I ordered! All. Packaged well and delivery has been quick and on time too! All in all superb and would definitely use again!

Recently bought the You Perfect 1 Mattress and ottoman base - excellent quality, service and delivery. We were given several different quotes for different budgets and chose the best option for us which resulted in an extremely comfy bed for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company and products.

Bought a new mattress and was given a first class service - from ordering to delivery, everything went like clockwork. In addition, the mattress is the comfiest I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a bed online rang to see when it will arrive they said mid July so I cancelled it ordered one from idealdirect excellent service arrived the next day

What can I say! I'll tell you the facts first. This company do not package their beds up correctly so when the bed arrived the box had been slit and damaged and then covered up by tape. When I opened the packaging the head board was slit and badly damaged front and back from where the box had been damaged. When I rang them they said they would speak to the manufacturer and come back to me. Their name suggests you are dealing with the manufacturer but you aren't. Nobody rang me back so I rang the next day and the next day and the next day each time being told they were waiting for the manufacturer to confirm a new delivery date for the new headboard. After no word from ideals direct I eventually got hold of the manufacturers number myself who said they hadn't had any conversations with them and they would send the headboard to me tomorrow. After 3 weeks of fob offs and lots of phone calls I finally have my headboard. No thanks to ideals direct who it seems couldn't organise a thing. They aren't a big company like they give the impression of either. Many times i rang at 2pm and 4pm with no answer at all. Terrible customer service and won't be using them again ever. Will also be telling all my Facebook friends about your incompetence and bad service.

I have used this company twice and both transactions were excellent. Good quality, great prices and fast deliveries. The beds are very comfortable. Thank you.

Bought 2 mattresses and a bed from this company great service and delivered the the beds out of hours to fit in with us moving to our new house.
Owner kept me upto date every step of the way which took the stress away from it all can't recommend this company enough.
