I ordered a large Manchester United logo stencil for my husband's home gym. The stencil is well made, sturdy and easy to use. We were thrilled with how it turned out, and taking our time to do it properly was absolutely worth it in the end. It was shipped promptly and well packaged with good instructions. Highly recommend.

Angel Wing Stencils were easy to use as there were great instructions to follow - once I chose the colours to use it took no time at all to get going - I am delighted with the size of the wings and the result. They are flying on the wall above my and I propose to use my feather stencil on the head board.

A quick response, unfortunately disappointing from there on.

I contacted Ideal Stencils last week with a query for a t-shirt stencil. Marcus responded that 'due to the way stencils are made, and these designs being very complex with many overlapping and touching lines they are not going to be possible to make into stencils.'

I had actually sought out Ideal Stencils due to their reviews regarding their work with intricate designs. I had already created a stencil with the design in question and hand printed a t shirt as a tester. I was hoping that Ideal Stencils might be able to work with me to help simplify or adapt the design to be usable, a service for which I'd happily pay for their expertise. But was sadly hit with a stone wall.

I replied as such and received no response.

I'm sure the stencils they create are excellent, but I was left a little disappointed by the response and the conflation of possibility and effort. I've since found a service that is able and willing to adapt the designs to use, so not impossible as suggested.

I asked whether a couple of small, very specific stencils could be made and sent to me within a very specific - and rather short - time frame. I received immediate confirmation, with relevant information as to how to pay immediately, which saved important time. The whole process started on a Thursday, the stencils arrived on Saturday. Absolutely amazing service, and perfect stencils as well.

Unfortunately I have little faith in the plumbers who installed my cylinder recently. This could negate my guarantee as the necessary checks were not entered into the manual. I made contact with Ideal and spoke to a manager, Dan. He could not have been helpful and suggested I get in touch with one of companies he suggested who could inspect the work and if satisfactory Ideal would be happy to register the cylinder and support the guarantee. First class customer support from a company who obviously care about their customers

These guys offer a great service. I could not fault them one bit. I dealt with Marcus... I think he might be the owner. He led me through the process of ordering a custom stencil, was really pleasant to deal with the whole time. Honestly I was surprised at the price they offer custom stencils at considering how much work he put in. Delivered to Ireland for a project I was doing at my local football club. The stencil was perfect although it was my first time doing this to be honest. Either way the project turned out great

Unbelievable Service Marcus and the Team were super helpful, ordered midday on a Friday and delivered on Saturday great quality product 10/10 will use again with a doubt.

I searched online for a custom stencil manufacturer to make some logo templates to brand our equipment I was skeptical if it could be made due to the logo being complex , however from contacting Ideal stencil the experience was very professional, Marcus contacted to say that one of the sizes couldn’t be made and why , but said that the other two would work and then followed up with a quote and proof , within a day the templates were delivered and I have to say that genuinely they were absolutely amazing, even better than I could have imagined, the quality makes repeated use absolutely no issue.
I will be definitely using ideal stencil for further projects , communication and professionalism is a definite thumbs up for ideal stencil .

Sent an initial design request but was advised that I would need a file for the design. I paid for the design and was then told they couldn't help. To be clear, I wanted a stencil with the letter A. Thats it. If they can't do that they should call it a day.

Amazing service. Quick turnaround. Excellent advice on modifying design to suit laser cutting. 100% would use again.

Tried to contact this company to get a custom stencil cut for my business logo. Sent an initial query via their website, and three follow up e-mails. Never received a response. Very poor service.

Reply...there is nothing wrong with my e-mail, and I respectfully request you remove my personal e-mail address from this public website. This is extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic service! We explained what we wanted our stencil to look like and it turned out even better than expected!
The pavements in our city centre will look fab when we hold our Dinosaur event in July!

Brilliant experience…amazing stencil…spot on!

I had a slightly left field stencil requirement, but Marcus wasn't fazed at all and delivered exactly what I was after in super quick time and with complete professionalism. I'll definitely be using Ideal Stencils again if I ever need anything else. 10 out of 10.

Marcus Thorpe, the owner, told me that he wouldn't do "small, intricate" requests for my company.

This, despite having a Gmail address as his company's email! Can you get any more casual?

I would stay clear of companies like this if you want to be professional. People who rub shoulders with clients once and start to think of themselves as Sterling Cooper are a boast away from a bad job.

And, furthermore, his conduct is just pathetic.

Many others in this game - go with someone who has manners and reliability.

In regards to the reply, he was both rude to me and a tad insulting to my employer. He was neither polite nor kind and has not attempted to be professional in this matter.
