Great rates and customer service!!
I have ran our family business for the last 25 years and arranging our gas and electricity has always been a pain! I spoke with a sales agent from Ideal Utilities who explained they would come back to me in my renewal with some rates and that they would be able to help me with a billing issue I was having with my gas. I received a call 2 weeks ago and was offered a renewal rate, they also let me know the top 3 suppliers so I could make a informed decision. I remained with my provider for the gas and also got my billing issue (which I would of payed someone to sort !) sorted. Overall a very positive experience and glad to know my electricity will be taken care of!

Better rates than direct
Contact via Gary who offered to help us with our utilities for my new garage. Completed a Letter of authority with them so they can send us some rates. Got contacted last week and offered me better rates than I got direct and beat my broker of 2 years! More than happy with their services
