Zero stars. Do NOT buy absolute rubbish.😠No one would wear this stuff and they evidently don't really want it back.
They must know that their goods are nothing like the pictures,yet still send out - eventually. 👿Wasted a lot of money on postage,feel conned. Returns to China!

The clothing delivered bore little resemblance to items advertised. I appear to have purchased some very nasty, cheap knock offs. Plus the email address is no longer working.

Terrible company! Products are very poor quality and returns are to China! Wish I had read these reviews first.
A nightmare!! Don’t buy!,

The quality of products are dreadful. The pictures show a completely different product to what I was sent eg a lovely pair of woolly boots socks was replaced with a really horrible pair of everyday socks. A fluffy looking jumper when it arrived was the worst feel and texture you could imagine ! Worth about £1 ! inferior quality! They make it very difficult to return anything. It has to go back to China even though there is a UK address on the packages. I managed to negotiate a small amount of money to my card ( haven’t received it yet) but the clothes and shoes will go in the bin . They are so so bad. I feel completely conned.

Appalling quality and not the colour described - tried to go to their returns page but it doesn’t exist!

If I could put a lower rating I would. I did not receive ordered items so went through PayPal to claim a refund. They finally sent one of the three items I had paid for so PayPal having received tracking to say it was delivered found in their favour. Just like everyone on here the quality is terrible and looks nothing like the item advertised. I’m only sorry I no longer see their posts on Facebook to review them there. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THESE SCAMMERS

Oh dear really wish I had read the reviews!!

Absolutely dreadful quality absolutely nothing like the photos so misleading, due to lockdown and looking after my sick husband and mother I thought I would treat myself to some new clothes!!

Why did I do it ?

Absolutely dreadful poor quality and felt awful ! oh dear and being that I’m self isolating I won’t be returning the items ! I’m not risking going out after isolation all this time . Then paying again to return them will use the materials for something as a reminder not to ever shop for clothes on a Facebook add !!!!!
Please ! please ! stay away from this company they should be named and shamed!!

If you have money you never want to see again, then by all means give it to Idealwells. Who knows, you might get some horrendous piece of clothing in return for your troubles.

If someone stops you down the street and offers you some magic beans, you’d have more chance of getting something tangible and ‘as described’ than you do from these clowns.

Do not buy from this company,no returns and not good quality

The quality is dreadfull and doesn't resemble the photos in anyway. You have to pay to return the items, and the address for returns is in China so too expensive. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Dont buy from this company, if you do you will be very disappointed.

Awful! Terrible quality and they won't take returns on sale stuff. Nothing like pictures, completely misleading. I wish I had read the reviews first, do yourself a favor and avoid!!!

Received sweater today terrible quality and no where near the photo, tried to get address to send back but comes up shop closed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM.

I would strongly agree with the previous review. I was sent a completely different coat than the one I ordered. It was green and similar style but not the same colour or made of the advertised material. It was such poor quality. I asked if I could return it and was told I d get a refund but needed to pay return shipping... to China! They did not send me the correct item, or worse still it was but such poor quality, different to advertised colour, cut and material. I would strongly recommend giving them a massive swerve.

Sorry to report that the 'rabbit' scarf is nowhere close to the quality of the item shown in the webiste photograph - it bears only the most superficial resemblance. And after you realise it is completely unusable - unless you are a 4-year-old who might just find it 'fun' - the next unpleasantness is that you will lose most of your money because (a) the return costs are so high (and the wait so long) or (b) Idealwells will claim it IS as described and offer you only a derisory discount as an unhappy customer. It'll still be the best part of £20 for a rag.

Looks great in the ad; thick plush finish, lovely stitching detail on the paws, shiny eyes, large pert ears with a 'tucked' detail where it meets the head to give it added 3-D shaping and an upright stance. Lovely. Except the reality is NOTHING like that.

The received item made my jaw drop; the main head/body section is COMPLETELY FLAT (the two layers of material that make up this section have a combined thickness of 1.3mm as measured with my micrometer. You read that right - BOTH layers (back & front) make up a TOTAL thickness of ONE-POINT-THREE MILLIMETRES, and has NO padding inside it.

Every lovely detail I mentioned above is simply PRINTED on to the thin fabric, including the 'stitches', shiny eyes and '3-D' ears. Ears which are utterly INCAPABLE of being 'pert' as they are made of the same, thin, floppy material as the body and would only remain upright if reinforced or turned upside-down to allow gravity to do its work...

It is almost laughable. The loss of nearly £20 ain't so funny, tho'. A completely misrepresented item. A disgrace.

Oh, and notice the lack of reviews on their own site? I've submitted mine - the above - but it hasn't appeared. Make of that what you will.

DO NOT BUY Appalling- nothing like the pictures, poor quality with lose threads everywhere. Extremely late.

Avoid at all costs. Complete fraud. Products very late arriving, only a few ever appeared and nothing like what was advertised. The worst quality you can imagine. No refund, so bad couldn’t give as gifts. Absolute rip off don’t know how they continue to trade. Appalling.

The scarves were late arriving/ Once out of the packet it was clear these could not be sent on as presents, the quality were so poor compared to the pictures on the website.

The colours and print did not match. Currently trying to return but struggling with the 15 day returns policy.

What a rip off!!
ordered what I thought would be a lovely scarf with tulips only to find a cheap and nasty copy (and it was late)...Very disappointed.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

I am really annoyed. I ordered a felt scarf for my mother for Christmas at the beginning of December. It arrived in January and was not a felt scarf, but a piece of nylon with felt effect printed on it and hideous plastic tulips hanging off the bottom. DO NOT BUY. Now, to return the item, I have to send it to China and follow a ridiculous set of procedures.
