Bad service. High fees and hidden charges. Rude and unresponsive when trying to engage with customer service. Ended up with high fees that should not have occurred, selling on Amazon showing as low fee but high delivery but then high value which increases charges on importing to the UK. Awful.
My package was missing a jar. Contacted the seller twice to inform them about it and ask for a refund for the missing jar but never received a response. They have cheaper price but would not buy from them again. I prefer to spend a little bit more and give my money to honest sellers
