I have never seen such a slow server in my entire life, it has the same problem all the time or it never works properly, my advice to everyone is to never buy it, don't even try it. I have tried it myself.

bad service they are not responding properly on ticket and call every time data loss, I was using this cloud service 3 times I lost my data. I will not suggest anyone to take any packages because service is very bad.

On cloud we are running our tally data. they are changing the IP address again & again due to this we are facing issues of tally license activation, very slow in running, all working is stuck since last 4 days. Still issue is not sorted by the team. extremely terrible as we are following them again & again and any solution.

Bought a server, do not give activation and do not give a refund, business too black heart!

The worst customer support I have ever encountered was with idea stack. i was facing a problem so I called their customer service line for assistance (sunil). The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and rude. He did not listen to my questions or concerns, he even hung up on me without resolving my issue or offering any helpful advice. I was so frustrated and disappointed with the lack of help I received, and I would never purchase a product from that company again.

You can't cancel the subscription.

it asks for kyc verification, something illogical then when you ask for a refund magically "no support" and they don't answer the emails.

Unfortunately, I am writing to confirm the other bad reviews here. Everything written in them is true in that I have personally experienced the problems outlined. My website is offline. The response is ... nothing, no help, no explanation, no website back online.

I earlier had problems with them not being very technically competent, not understanding a problem in cPanel that cPanel had issued a bulletin on how to fix.

This is the final straw, I am not waiting for my site come back online - who would want to be with jokers anywa. I am off to find a new host.

I ordered a wordpress hosting and paid with bitcoin
They claim they didn't recieve the payment
I have proof ,, screenshot of payment and link to blockchain that I have shown them. But they don't care

Scammers !!! stay away !

Due to pandemic my work was at risk as I clearly didn’t have any resources in place to make
work at home. I wouldn’t be able to handle this adversity if my manager didn’t introduce me
with desktop as a service. This enabled all users to get a fast, responsive desktop of their
choice which can be accessed anywhere!

For my own experience, they offers a lower cost RDP plans but once you buy a yearly plans after a month used they will deactivate your account and blame you for server slow down, and force you to upgrade your plan and if you don't want to upgrade they will not refund your money for the remaining months unused

Ideastack’s WordPress hosting services were quite impressive. I have started my new blogging website and I chose Ideastack’s wordpress hosting to facilitate my media and knowledge platform. It is kind of fast and convenient with Wordpress when it comes to hosting media platforms. Though would really appreciate the efforts their experts and personnel puts in even for the little requirements I have. Also the support services were top-notch.
