Everything went well, I ordered clock, price was ok, it was delivered on time, very well packed with good protection and the clock was even nicer as on the picture, I'm very happy with the clock.

Ordered twice a picture. Both times no information besides it can not be delivered because out of stock (but during the order process it showed availability), no shipment, no money back. I had to activate Paypal cash back guarantee. Seems to be an internet hoax shop

Customer friendly. I had a question, doubt about an article and they were easy to reach by mail. I got a quick answer and they thought with me, when the article was not in stock. They reached out to the supplier so I got the last glass picture available. The quick action helped. That made me very happy.

Awesome feedback on ordered item. Item was not in stock, however an other company was contacted that did have item in their collection.
Within a few days item was delivered instead of the back order (March 2025)

The communication and the item we bought is great. The only thing what was not good, was the delivery. They promised that the item would be delivered between and 2 working days. The item was picked up for transport after 1 working day. Although we ordered the item in the morning.
The item was not delivered in time also, by a mistake from the transport company.

Ordered a good looking lamp, knowing it would take 3 weeks to deliver, but it was a gift and it seemed worth it. Now... 13!!! weeks later still no lamp, every time I ask when delivery takes place, they say.. next week, or now last update, they moved it 3 weeks forward. Extreme disappointed and I have been very patient with them, this is just unacceptable. So my advise is, look somewhere else! this aint worth the hassle.. trying to get my money back...

Their customer service is very poor. No contact and when you try to reach them no answer or when you can expect your delivery. And they say before 4pm next day delivery but its not true. They should do something about their customer service and delivery information

I ordered a wall decoration. The customer service was amazing and the delivery very fast. I will buy more from Idecoratie and I can recommend this webshop!
