Don't trust these crooks! They robbed me of having a perfect birthday party. I was charged $2500 for decorating my 40th royal birthday-themed party last September. Sonia sent me a picture about a week before my party which looked nothing like what we discussed earlier last year and contracted for. Then, on the day of my party, I got something else. Now, I'm trying to sue them and they are avoiding my calls, emails, and letters. Very unprofessional.
Could you read about the other 1-star Yelp reviews before you start calling them? The non 1 star reviews might be fake and generated by their friends and family members.
Let's not be as fake as your business is. Their address on idecorevent.com - about us page is not even valid anymore. They moved out and I wonder why. Also, they don't call back my friends who left voicemails and emails. So please don't call me fake when you no longer have a real address on your website.
They also love to call everyone's review fake if it isn't positive and in their favor. You can ask all my friends and family how caring and genuine of a person I am. Please DM me if you think I'm fake and I will gladly show you and explain everything Idecor events wronged me of.
