It took far too long to receive my purchase. I had to contact them for a shipping update. Almost four weeks later, I received an item that looked like it came from a discount store. The wig had no shape, no luster, and looked like a mass of hair. I am very disappointed. I tried to get a refund, but the process was too difficult, so I decided to accept the loss. Time is more valuable than money, and I will stick with the company I usually use.

The price you sale is good, but I have purchased at least 4-5 wigs, but I was only offered 10% discount, too bad I can’t provide evidence and receive a larger discount. I love your wigs.

It was very easy to make the purchase. It was nice to see how people restyled the wig that they purchased. The colors were reasonable. The prices are reasonable. This is my first time ordering from this company and I’m hoping I get what I see. I’m sure a lot of the pictures that are being shown is freestyle by the purchaser. That would be the only complaint that I would have with any wig company. What you see on the website is normally not what you receive in person. Everyone is not a beautician to make their wigs look like the pictures that you provide.

Sizing is very important. I like that I am able to customize as my head is small.
I would like to see however more wigs for older women, not just for the younger models.
I am happy with my purchases so far. I have ordered a few.

My sister brought a wig from this .com they it will arrive in 48hrs.that was not so!!!! IT TOOK A MONTH TO ARRIVE FROM CHINA AND IT WAS MATTED, NOT WHAT SHE ORDERED. WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ONLINE TO RETURN THE "MATTED"WIG,THE POST OFFICE CLERK SAID IT COST 75.00 TO MAIL BACK TO CHINA!!!!!. WHAT A RIP OFF.!!!!!. I WE'LL GO BACK TO ESPECIALLY YOURS NOW!!!!!

I’ve only had good experiences with Idefine and their hair is gorgeous. They know how to do blonde. At this price point, nobody else can come close.

The wig took 2 weeks and an inquiry from me before I received it. It looks Nothing like the wig I selected not even the same color. I have requested a refund upon returning the wig. I received good reviews about this company prior to ordering. I have a second wig on order I pray it is the correct wig. I'm waiting for a reply to my email.

I was incredibly impressed with the gal that helped me. She was so kind in helping me. Great staff. Cause of her attitude and help is why I bought the wig. I will be back.

I have never had a bad experience with the Idefinewig they make it very easy to shop online the discounts are great as well. I have no complaint. The quality of the hair has been outstanding so I will continue to shop as long as I’m satisfied. 🫶🏽

You guys do not get back in a timely matter will not accept any return offers and I need a return authorization so I can get the first wig back that was not long enough and you guys are just running me in circles and I’m tired of it
