I still haven’t even seen it sent out yet. Every time I order from this place it takes forever to ship and get to me and it’s not even a custom order. It’s frustrating because I pay and they take the money right away but takes a month to get my wig,,, not custom. I reached out by email to see why it’s taking so long and 2 days later I still don’t hear anything back.

The purchasing process was great! It's just a matter of time waiting for the wig to be sent out.

I don’t have any issues. I am moving soon and will not need the order. Thank you.

It was hard navigating through the website. I had to order twice for the two items I wanted, rather than combining them in on order.

I would like to wait until I receive the item I ordered before I make a comment. Overall the selections and ordering experience was clear and precise.

Purchasing experience was great. Excited to see the wig.

i purchased a wig that was advertised as brown. it came black. i called and emailed as soon as i got it. i took 3 photos so i can get a return address. i emailed and called there number 3 times no response. i have been a very good customer purchasing many wigs from them. there return policy is a fraud. please do not buy from them

Love the choice of small wigs. BUT, it would be nice to choose which side the part in on while ordering. I know it has the parting space...but it is not the same.

Easy selection

IDefine wigs is the worse wig I have ever purchase. What I got in the mail was not what I ordered. I tried to return it and they offered me 30$ to keep it. I paid $109.00 for it. This wig was so bad I would not wear it to take the garbage out. I was refunded $89.00, I paid $22 dollars to return it. I will never never never purchase a wig from this company again

It is the most difficult website to deal with. Even trying to order is hard. You expect people to order the way you have things setup impossible. Although you're making it clear that the items being ordered were good.
