Poor to pathetic management, and a single overworked staff member to offer customer service.
I made a purchase via the net, from this store. It took 4days for my items to be picked and dispatched. I was charged 2lots of shipping, though the items were recieved in 1 box, and the courier delivering stated with their company, they charge a single delivery charge per box.. There were several items missing from my order.
After 5 days of phone calls and emails, which werent responded to, the girl that id spoken with a week and a half before, when my order hadnt been picked after 3 days, mentioned she had the week off. The owner/manager hadnt seen fit to communicate that the store would be closed for the week, on their answering service, nor checked/ reponded to emails through the week, The young lady mentioned the owner was prepared to offer 2 t-shirts as compensation.
So the shop has 1 person, filling orders, sending packages, responding to phone calls and emails, and the general stresses of running a shop, whilst the owner/manager sits back reaping the rewards of her hard work.
A truly outstanding display of mismangement, and poor offer of customer satisfaction.
