Excellent customer service, very friendly and quick to respond.

Over the last year It’s been the fastest and easiest UI to use for images, especially when I need specific text within them. Also the best for uploading real life faces to be used as consistent characters. Being able to save characters and references them for different images has really streamlined things for us.
It’s been the best priced option while being just as good as MJ and better than ChatGPT at generating photographic images that don’t look like glossy cgi.

The product itself is excellent. I had a billing issue, and customer service was responsive and handled it efficiently.

I am hopeful that the app will ultimately grow to its full potential. It has a great concept and an AI brain.

The product wasn't quite for me, but customer service was really great about being responsive and working with me to correct some things.

Although Ideogram can and will produce some great creations, it is awful at following strict prompts which is not helpful on a business scale. If you're not looking for specific art then you'll probably be fine, if you are then ideogram will just frustrate you. Infact i would go as far as to say it purposely misinterprets prompts in order to use your credits so you're forced to upgrade or top up.

What an awesome app. The first image creation prompt app to figure out how to write words to my knowledge. The best customer service I've ever experienced 🙌. 10/10

AI it self was useful, photos were good, sometimes needs more tries to get what I imagine but it is one of the best to do it with text and all around, soled option. Had some trouble… e-mail support answered and helped me with my problem so nothing bad to say

I've been using since the app was first available and have been a subscriber and found the app to evolve and offer great. Images and options and I can't wait to see what more innovations come from this easy to use app. And website?

Thanks for a SUPER SIMPLE cancellation/refund process as I take a break from subscription. In a world where subscription cancellations are often nearly impossible without a bit of rage, I really appreciate you.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I just want to say I paid for the cheapest version at first, then I couldn’t even upload images then I bought the more expensive option and the images are just really bad it doesn’t listen and can’t find any tutorials on how to fix it and they don’t do refunds.

I forgot to cancel my annual membership and sent them an email as soon as I saw the charges. They resolved the issue in a day. I love the platform I just haven’t used it much lately but will sign back up as soon as I need it more!

Worst ai I ever use. At first his free version was good but now, it is only trash ai system. It takes too much long to create a single image.

Scammers. They overcharge and no one from support answers.

Does what you expect and works mostly well, had a very positive experience with the service and helped me create great imagery for my business (and some fun ones for everyday life) It's amazing how far the tech has come and excited (and afraid) of what's to come..
