Another fabulous detox!
5 day detox - a combination of morning “shot” and then juices throughout the day and 1 smoothie.
Lost 8lb overall over the 5 days, and felt pretty fantastic throughout!
Sue’s detoxes are always brilliant. This is my 4th and I’ve lost 8 or 9lb each time! Thank you so so much sue!

Great 5 day smoothie detox. I’ve done this a few times, 10lb weight loss, sleep has improved and the sluggish feeling has disappeared. Look forward to doing another one 😀

I did a 3 day juice detox because my digestive system was not happy and I had some horrible symptoms. The juices were delicious and it was easier than I thought with great results. I have used this company 3 times and every time I feel so much better and it resets my digestive system. I did loose weight too which was amazing but not my goal. I have suffered for years with my digestive system and the doctors don’t know why. I’ve had some intrusive investigations with no understanding of my symptoms so knowing I can detox for a few days to make me feel better is something I will continue to do. Thank Sue 😀

Great results from the product, and very flexible on delivery.

I would recommend Idetox without a second thought. I started with a detox for 3 days & for the last 5 months the meal prep & a detox at weekends. I have lost 11kgs. I am never hungry & the meals are so tasty I really look forward to lunch & dinner. Who knew dieting could be this easy & so pleasureable.

i would recommend the 5 day all smoothies experience
it was definitely hard only having those and no food but sticking to it was so worth it. i lost 7lbs overall and have managed to keep 4lbs off even without not eating very healthily as had loads of things on that include naughty eating. i done this for before a holiday and i have bloated right down and feel so much better. i will definitely be doing this again after my holiday to try and loose more but its made me overall feel great!

My self and my daughter did the 3 day juice and soup cleanse. We had so much more energy and bonus losing 5lbs.

The Smoothies, Juices and Soups are lovely, very tasty and easy to use. I enjoy every one. I find that they fill me and I don't feel hungry. A successful and great kick start to a healthier eating regime, detox or weight loss programme.

Just finished my 5 day detox (2 smoothies & 1 soup) Again I am very happy with the result. I’ve managed to lose 8lbs, but not only that I seem to have more energy. Lately I’ve been feeling rather tired and bloated etc. due to being peri menopausal, however I feel a lot better now. I try to keep myself active and make sure that I drink lots of water throughout the day, so that I don’t feel hungry or think of food. Also, it’s been fab for my skin. I’m watching what I eat for the next 3 weeks and then I shall be doing another 5 day detox, just in time for my holiday. Thank you Sue you’re an absolute star ⭐️

The service from iDetox was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble.
The taste of the juices were delicious and I could notice a difference to body shape after only 3 days. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that I felt extremely hungry which got worse in the evenings

I have just completed a 5 day juice cleanse and would highly recommend it. As someone who loves their food and drink I was very apprehensive about how I would get through 5 days with no eating but I did. I was also able to exercise during the cleanse.

Surprisingly I did not feel hungry which amazed me, the juices all tasted lovely and were quite filling. I also upped my water intake which I would definitely recommend.

I did get a little constipated so Sue was on hand to recommend eating a few dates each day and that really helped. Plus I have now learned I like dates which have a long list of health benefits too!

I lost 5lbs and 10cm which isn’t as much as others but I slept so deeply (and have continued to) people kept saying my skin looked great and I just felt better in myself. Best of all it has now given me the motivation to continue to try and eat better and drink more water.

I will definitely do this again in the future.

Just finished a 3 day detox, after not really looking after myself recently it was just what was needed. My sleep has improved, clear head and even a couple days after I still feel great and my skin is improving. All of this with a 9 pound weight loss which was definitely an added bonus. What can I say the results are amazing finished our 5 day detox…our sleep is so much better and just feel better I lost 9 pound and 15cm & my husband lost 10 pound and 15 n half cm!! It’s incredible and makes me more determined to keep this going well done sue 👏👏👏

Just finished my 5 day juice cleanse. The results are amazing. I have lost 9lbs but more importantly I feel amazing. My indigestion and bloating has gone, my inflammation has gone, my skin looks amazing. Can't recommend enough and the support from Sue is just incredible.

I was sceptical of how I would find doing the soup and juice detox for five days but after finishing it, I will definitley be doing it again and recommending to my friends and family. It is not only good for if you are wanting to lose weight and break bad eating habits but it has made me feel the healthiest I have in a long time. I have endless energy, woke up in the mornings feeling great, my skin and hair was amazing, no bloated stomachs like I have always suffered with. The food and juices are incredible as well and I would happily have these all the time, I was worried they would be bland and no flavour but they were delicous, my children even wanted to eat them!
Sue was great helping me with any issues and queries I had.

I will definitely be doing this again. Only did the 2 day cleanse but feeling better already.
I would like to have seen ingredients on the products and perhaps as it was the first time just explanation how it works and that you should or shouldn’t have anything else to eat only drink water etc. I say again will definitely be using this again!!!!!
