This company has hindered me from…

This company has hindered me from receiving my Federal Tax Refund due identity verification issues that seems not be resolved even after I’ve previously verified and recently. after the sent a letter just stating something that could’ve been sent email back last month. I waited weeks because of an error that’s really is an identity verification issue. So now consumers are hindered from receiving their refunds within the 2 week promised by the AARP tax agent. I called to inform them I already verified before my claim stopped for the same reason. His department handling these should be investigated.

Zero stars.

Zero stars.
Horrendous identity verification process. Doesn't even work. Got "memory errors" and a horrid smartphone interface that just hangs constantly.
Do better. This is garbage.

Ski patrollers are first responders…

Ski patrollers are first responders however, IDme doesn’t recognize them as first responders. They are trained to the same standards as an EMT basic and are on scene before anyone else. I understand not recognizing volunteer or part time patrol but a professional ski patroller who doesn’t even make much money saving people should receive the same benefits as an EMT basic.

Maybe a class action is in order

IDme site is disgraceful. NJ unemployment requires verification but the unemployment website and IDme just do not work together. I have bee trying to collect unemployment benefits for over a year - IDme is the hold up I am told.

IDme A TERRIBLE PROCESS!

Recently, as I understand it, the Idaho Department of Labor engaged this third party company to conduct identity verifications of its claimants for unemployment payments. I was notified that my payment would be withheld until I completed this process. It is a very sophisticated procedure, totally handled through an online portal and one's cell phone, involving a video selfie, photos of various documents, etc. I executed this somewhat challenging process and was finally told that the final step was for a "referee" to contact me to verify information from documents I had uploaded; the wait time was estimated to be "over five hours," and that I should carry these documents with me for when the call eventually was received. That was five days ago. Meanwhile, the Department of Labor says they can not release my payment until IDme certifies my identity, apologizing that IDme is currently overwhelmed with this new volume of business. This is unforgiveable, given how many unemployed people in this state are having their payments held up because of this process.
